Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest dźwig osobisty do zastosowania w placówkach rehabilitacyjnych, szpitalach jak również w domu przy podnoszeniu z pozycji leżącej do siedzącej, z pozycji siedzącej do stojącej, przenoszenia czy też obracania osób niepełnosprawnych. Dźwig osobisty zawierający ramię nośne (1), sprzężone z siłownikiem ze zintegrowanym z nim napędem, charakteryzuje się tym, że jego ramię nośne (1) połączone jest przegubem (2) z obrotową osią (3), która sprzężona jest w górnej części z uchwytem mocującym (4) poprzez obejmę z łożyskiem (5), natomiast w dolnej części osłoniętej obudową (6) poprzez uchwyt nośny sprzężona jest z wymienionym uchwytem (4) oraz z napędem złożonym z silnika elektrycznego i przekładni planetarnej. Poza tym, z obrotową osią (3) w dolnej jej strefie połączona jest dolna część (15) siłownika (16), wyposażonego we własny napęd (17), którego część robocza (18) jest połączona poprzez przegub (19) z ramieniem nośnym (1). Wymienione ramię nośne w strefie końcowej (20) posiada uchwyt (21), z którym rozłącznie połączone jest siedzisko (22) dla obsługiwanego niepełnosprawnego. Urządzenie może być sterowane zarówno przyciskami znajdującymi się na obudowie jak i bezprzewodowo przy pomocy ergonomicznego pilota.The subject of the utility model is a personal crane for use in rehabilitation facilities, hospitals as well as at home when lifting from lying to sitting, from sitting to standing, carrying or turning disabled people.
