Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie sluzace do mon¬ tazu cylindrów teleskopowania wewnatrz tub wysiegnika.Dotychczas montaz cylindra wewnatrz tuby wysiegnika dzwigu teleskopowego wykonywalo sie przy uzyciu róznego rodzaju sworzni naprowadzajacych i przy nasuwaniu cylindra na zadane miejsce montazu przy uzyciu róznego rodzaju pretów. Wada powyzszego rozwiazania jest jego niedokladnosc, duza pracochlonnosc oraz wysoki stopien zagrozenia bezpieczenstwa pracy z uwagi na koniecznosc recznego naprowadzenia cylindra o duzym ciezarze na ot¬ wory montazowe.Celem wynalazku jest wyeliminowanie powyzszych nie¬ dogodnosci przez opracowanie urzadzenia, dzieki któremu uzyskuje sie duza dokladnosc, mniejsza pracochlonnosc montazu oraz poprawe bezpieczenstwa pracy.Cel ten zostal osiagniety przez zastosowanie urzadzenia skladajacego sie z linki oraz wózka. Wózek ten ma dwie równolegle osie polaczone lacznikiem w konfiguracje zblizona do litery H. Osie wózka sa zaopatrzone w jezdne kólkaoraz we wsporniki podtrzymujace montowany cylinder silownika hydraulicznego, przy czym os przednia jest wypo¬ sazona dodatkowo w boczne rolki, natomiast os tylnia jest zaopatrzona w zaczep. Linka jest zakonczona srubami o lbie stozkowym samonaprowadzajacym w otwory w tubie wysiegnika.Zaleta urzadzenia wedlug wynalazku jest mozliwosc do¬ kladnego montazu cylindra wewnatrz tuby wysiegnika przy calkowitym wyeliminowaniu zagrozenia co do powstania wypadku.Przedmiot wynalazku jest uwidoczniony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia urzadze¬ nie w czaae montazu cylindra wewnatrz tuby wysiegnika w przekroju wzdluznym, fig. 2 — wózek w widoku z góry, fig. 3 — widok wózka w czesciowym przekroju poprzecz- 5 nym.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z linki 1 oraz z wózka 8, majacego osie 9, 10, polaczona lacznikiem 11 w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery H. Osie te sa zaopatrzone w jezdne kólka 12 oraz we wsporniki 13, podtrzymujace 10 cylinder silownika hydraulicznego, montowany wewnatrz tuby wysiegnika. Os 9jest wyposazona dodatkowo w boczne rolki 14, a os 10 jest zaopatrzona w zaczep, pozwalajacy na wyciagniecie wózka 8 z tuby wysiegnika po montazu cy¬ lindra. Linka 1 jest zakonczona srubami 4, 5 o lbie stozko- 15 wym samonaprowadzajacym w otwory w tubie wysiegnika.Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Until now, the cylinder was mounted inside the tube of the telescopic boom of a telescopic crane with the use of different types of guiding pins and by sliding the cylinder onto a given place of assembly using various types of rods. The disadvantage of the above-mentioned solution is its inaccuracy, high labor consumption and a high degree of work safety risk due to the necessity of manually guiding the heavy cylinder to the assembly holes. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences by developing a device, thanks to which a high accuracy is achieved, less labor-intensive assembly and improved work safety. This goal was achieved by the use of a device consisting of a rope and a trolley. The trolley has two parallel axles connected by a connector in a configuration similar to the letter H. The trolley axles are equipped with wheels and with brackets supporting the mounted cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder, the front axle is additionally equipped with side rollers, while the rear axle is equipped with a hitch . The cable is terminated with self-guiding tapered head screws into the holes in the boom tube. The advantage of the device according to the invention is the possibility of a precise assembly of the cylinder inside the boom tube with complete elimination of the risk of an accident. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the drawing shown in the drawing. 1 shows the device including the assembly of the cylinder inside the boom tube in longitudinal section, fig. 2 - top view of the trolley, fig. 3 - partial cross-sectional view of the trolley. The device according to the invention consists of a cable 1 and a trolley 8, having axles 9, 10, connected by a joint 11 in the shape close to the letter H. These axles are provided with wheels 12 and with brackets 13, supporting 10 the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder, mounted inside the boom tube. The axle 9 is additionally equipped with side rollers 14, and the axle 10 is provided with a catch that allows the carriage 8 to be pulled out of the boom tube after the cylinder is mounted. The cable 1 is terminated with screws 4, 5 with a self-guiding conical head into the holes in the boom tube. Patent claims 1. A device for mounting telescopic cylinders inside the boom tubes, characterized by the fact that it consists of a cable (1) and a trolley (8) having axles (9), (10) connected with a linkage (11) in a configuration similar to the letter H, these axles are equipped with wheels (12) and brackets (13) supporting the cylinder of the cylinder 25 hydraulic, where the axle (9) is additionally equipped with side rollers (14), and the axle (10) is equipped with a hitch (15). 2.
