Wkladka obuwnicza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wkladka obuwnicza, przeznaczona dla wszelkiego rodzaju obuwia, zapewniajaca komfort uzytkowania obuwia i higiene stóp. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego obejmuje: 1 - dwuwarstwowa wkladke obuwnicza, której dolna warstwa w czesci przedniej i tylnej jest perforowana w postaci otworów w ksztalcie czworoboków, które w przekroju poprzecznym maja ksztalt zblizony do ostroslupa scietego; 2 - dwuwarstwowa wkladke obuwnicza, której dolna warstwa w czesci przedniej i tylnej jest perforowana w postaci otworów w ksztalcie okregów, które w przekroju poprzecznym maja ksztalt zblizony do stozka scietego. Wkladke obuwnicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1- przedstawia w widoku z góry dwuwarstwowa wkladke obuwnicza, której górna warstwa zaopatrzona jest w przedniej i tylnej czesci w otworki;fig. 2 - przedstawia w przekroju poprzecznym wkladke obuwnicza; fig. 3 - przedstawia w widoku z dolu wkladke obuwnicza, której dolna warstwa w czesci przedniej i tylnej jest perforowana w postaci otworów w ksztalcie czworoboków; fig. 4 - przedstawia w widoku z dolu wkladke obuwnicza, której dolna warstwa w czesci przedniej i tylnej jest perforowana w postaci otworów w ksztalcie okregów. Cechy istotne wkladki obuwniczej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze w dwuwarstwowej wkladce, której warstwy polaczone sa trwale, warstwa górna zaopatrzona jest w przedniej i tylnej czesci w otworki, przy czym otworki przedniej czesci tej warstwy wkladki umieszczone sa w postaci pasa wzdluz jej zewnetrznych krawedzi, a w czesci tylnej otworki umieszczone sa w srodkowej czesci pietowej, tworzac ksztalt jednostronnie wyoblonego pasa, natomiast dolna warstwa wkladki obuwniczej posiada w czesci przedniej i tylnej perforacje powierzchni w postaci otworów w ksztalcie czworoboków, które w przekroju poprzecznym maja ksztalt zblizony do ostroslupa scietego albo maja ksztalt zblizony do stozka scietego, przy czym oba rodzaje perforacji tej warstwy wkladki umieszczone sa na calej powierzchni przedniej jej czesci, gdzie ich czesc, zawierajaca otwory przelotowe, ma ksztalt pasa wzdluz zewnetrznych jej krawedzi, a w czesci tylnej tej warstwy wkladki, perforacje w obu postaciach swoich ksztaltach, umieszczone sa na calejpowierzchni pietowej, gdzie ich czesc, zawierajaca otwory przelotowe, ma ksztalt pasa wzdluz zewnetrznych jej krawedzi, natomiast w czesci srodkowej tej warstwy wkladki znajduja sie poprzeczne prostopadloscienne wglebienia rozmieszczone obustronnie wzdluz pasa wzmacniajacego.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLShoe Insole The subject of the industrial design is a shoe insole intended for all types of footwear, ensuring shoe comfort and foot hygiene. The list of industrial design variations includes: 1 - a two-layer shoe insole, the lower layer of which is perforated in the front and back in the form of quadrangular holes, which in cross-section have a shape similar to a truncated pyramid; 2 - a two-layer shoe insole, the lower layer of which is perforated in the front and back in the form of circular holes, which in cross-section have a shape similar to a truncated cone. The shoe insole according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 - shows a top view of a two-layer shoe insole, the upper layer of which is provided with holes in the front and back; Fig. 2 - shows a cross-section of a shoe insole; fig. 3 - shows a bottom view of a shoe insole, the lower layer of which in the front and rear parts is perforated with quadrangular holes; fig. 4 - shows a bottom view of a shoe insole, the lower layer of which in the front and rear parts is perforated with circular holes. The essential features of the shoe insert according to the industrial design consist in the fact that in a two-layer insert, the layers of which are permanently connected, the upper layer is provided with holes in the front and rear parts, wherein the holes of the front part of this layer of the insert are placed in the form of a strip along its outer edges, and in the rear part the holes are placed in the middle part of the heel, creating the shape of a one-sidedly curved strip, while the lower layer of the shoe insert has in the front and rear parts surface perforations in the form of holes in the shape of quadrilaterals, which in cross-section have a shape close to a truncated pyramid or have a shape close to a truncated cone, wherein both types of perforations of this layer of the insert are placed on the entire surface of the front part thereof, wherein their part containing the through holes has the shape of a strip along its outer edges edges, and in the rear part of this layer of the insert, perforations in both forms and shapes are placed on the entire heel surface, where their part containing the through holes has the shape of a strip along its outer edges, while in the middle part of this layer of the insert there are transverse cuboidal recesses arranged on both sides along the reinforcing strip.
