J v Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest uchwyt do mocowania obrusu, przeznaczony do utrzymywania obrusu na blacie stolu, stosowany zwlaszcza na zewnatrz pomieszczen. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na zalaczo- nym rysunku, na których fig.l i fig.2 przedstawiaja odmiany uchwytu. Uchwyt wykonany jest z uksztaltowanego paska materialu i posiada czesc plaska umieszczana na górnej plaszczyznie stolu na obrusie i czesc profilowa obejmujaca blat stolu od dolu. Materialem na paski uchwytu jest sprezyste tworzywo sztuczne. Dolna czesc uchwytu w pierwszej odmianie wzoru jest wyprofilowana z zagieciem wykonanym na zewnatrz, a w drugiej odmianie z zagieciem skierowanym do wewnatrz uchwytu. Dolna czesc wzoru przedstawionego na fig.l wykonana jest w ksztalcie wycinków okregu, przy czym wycinek okregu wyprowadzony z prostego odcinka ma wieksza srednice od przeciwnie skierowanego okregu w koncowym odcinku uchwytu.Natomiast dolna czesc uchwytu ukazanego na fig.2 wyprowadzona jest lukiem z prostego, górnego ramienia uchwytu pod katem mniejszym od 90° i zblizona jest do ksztaltu litery "V". Przy czym zakonczenie dolnej czesci uchwytu stanowi skierowane do wewnatrz zagiecie w ksztalcie wycinka okregu. Zalozone na brzeg blatu stolu uchwyty, obejmuja i przytrzymuja zwisajace obrzeza obrusa lub serwety, co uniemozliwia ich przemieszczanie, na przyklad w przypadku silniejszych podmuchów wiatru. J v The subject of the ornamental design is a tablecloth holder, intended to hold the tablecloth on a tabletop, used particularly outdoors. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the holder, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show variations of the holder. The holder is made of a shaped strip of material and has a flat part placed on the upper surface of the table on the tablecloth and a profile part enclosing the tabletop from below. The material for the holder strips is flexible plastic. The lower part of the handle in the first design variant is profiled with an outward bend, while in the second design variant, the bend is inward. The lower part of the design shown in Fig. 1 is shaped like segments of a circle, where the segment of the circle drawn from the straight section has a larger diameter than the opposite circle at the end of the handle. Meanwhile, the lower part of the handle shown in Fig. 2 is arced from the straight, upper arm of the handle at an angle of less than 90° and approximates the shape of the letter "V." The end of the lower part of the handle is an inward bend in the shape of a segment of a circle. Attached to the edge of the tabletop, the handles grip and hold the hanging edges of the tablecloth or napkin, preventing them from shifting, for example, in strong gusts of wind. PL PL PL
