Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie zwal¬ niajace hak, zwlaszcza dla lodzi ratunkowych i ra¬ towniczych.Znane sa urzadzenia do opuszczania i podno¬ szenia lodzi ratunkowych za pomoca haków zwyk¬ lych i zwalnianych ukladem ciegien w stanie od¬ ciazonym. Te haki nie spelniaja wymagan obowia¬ zujacej Miedzynarodowej Konwencji o bezpieczen¬ stwie zycia na morzu z 1974 r. i nie moga byc stosowane na nowo budowanych lodziach.Znane sa tez urzadzenia krzywkowo-mimosrodo- we do zwalniania haka polaczone z ukladem cen¬ tralnym. Urzadzenia te bywaja zawodne poniewaz moga dzialac nawrotnie i zakleszczyc sie, a tym samym nie spowoduja zwolnienia haka.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku polaczone jejt z ukladem centralnego zwalniania i zawiera haki zamocowane obrotowo w obudowie usytuowanej na dziobie i rufie lodzi. Haki maja przeciwciezary do samoczynnego odchylania, po zwolnieniu dzwig¬ ni blokujacej, która osadzona jest obrotowo w obu¬ dowie i sprzegnieta z dzwignia zwalniajaca, pola¬ czona z cieglem zawierajacym sprezyne do pod¬ noszenia tego ciegla.
