Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest aparat telefoniczny skladajacy sie ze sterowniczo-informacyjnego pulpitu operatorskiego z licznymi przyciskami oraz sluchawki z przewodem spiralnym. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac aparatu telefonicznego przejawiajaca sie zarówno w ksztalcie, barwie jak i usytuowaniu poszczególnych jego fragmentów budowy oraz przycisków manipulacyjnych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia aparat od czola ze zdjeta sluchawka. Aparat telefoniczny przedstawiony na fotografii stanowi oblokrawedziowa i oblonarozna bryla oparta na planie trapezu równoramiennego o nieco dluzszej podstawie górnej, przy czym plyta czolowa aparatu jest podzielona na dwie czesci, z których czesc lewa stanowi miejsce spoczynkowe sluchawki uzyskane przez zastosowanie dwóch wglebien, w których umieszcza sie czesc glosnikowa i mikrofonowa sluchawki, zas pomiedzy wglebieniami znajduja sie w czterech rzedach, po trzy w jednym rzedzie, przyciski manipulacyjne, przezroczyste i okragle, o powierzchni wystajacej nad powierzchnie plytyczolowej aparatu, natomiast po prawej stronie, na czesci plyty czolowej znajduje sie pole o powierzchni nieco obnizonej w stosunku do powierzchni plyty czolowej, przy czym pole to jest ograniczone z lewej strony linia o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery "S" i linia ta rozpoczyna sie od lewej krawedzi plyty czolowej na wysokosci wyznaczonej przez linie czterech przycisków manipulacyjnych z górnego rzedu, nastepnie jest prowadzona pionowo wzdluz przycisków i przechodzi do krawedzi dolnej plyty laczac sie z krawedzia wglebienia pod czesc mikrofonowa sluchawki. Na polu tym znajduja sie trzy wyzlobienia majace w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy, w których usytuowano trzy przyciski funkcyjne o róznych kolorach i wypuklej powierzchni, majace w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy, a przy tym osie przycisków i wyzlobien pokrywaja sie i tworza z osia wzdluzna plyty czolowej kat ostry. W czesci górnej nad linia ograniczajaca pole o obnizonej powierzchni znajduje sie otwór o ksztalcie "lezki" przykryty pólprzezroczysta szybka. Czesc mikrofonowa sluchawki i odpowiadajace jej wglebienie w plycie maja ksztalt pólkola, przy czym wglebienie jest umieszczone w lewym dolnym kacie plyty czolowej. Czesc sluchawkowa sluchawki i odpowiadajace jej wglebienie, usytuowane w górnym lewym rogu plyty czolowej maja ksztalt kwadratu o zaokraglonych górnych rogach i na srodku wglebienia jest uplasowany pólkolisty przycisk jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii. The subject of the ornamental design is a telephone consisting of a control and information operator panel with numerous buttons and a handset with a spiral cord. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the telephone, manifesting itself in its shape, color, and the positioning of individual components and operating buttons. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached photograph, which shows the telephone from the front with the handset removed. The telephone set shown in the photograph is a block with edges and a corner casing based on an isosceles trapezoid plan with a slightly longer upper base, wherein the front panel of the set is divided into two parts, the left part of which is the resting place of the handset obtained by using two recesses in which the loudspeaker and microphone parts of the handset are placed, and between the recesses there are four rows, three in one row, of transparent and round control buttons with a surface protruding above the surface of the front panel of the set, while on the right side, on the part of the front panel, there is a field with a surface slightly lowered in relation to the surface of the front panel, wherein this field is limited on the left side by a line in the shape similar to the letter "S" and this line starts from the left edge of the front panel at the height defined by the lines of the four control buttons from the upper The row then runs vertically along the buttons and continues to the edge of the bottom panel, connecting with the edge of the recess for the microphone portion of the earpiece. This area features three recesses, each elliptically shaped when viewed from above. These recesses house three function buttons of different colors and convex surfaces, each elliptically shaped when viewed from above. The axes of the buttons and recesses align and form an acute angle with the longitudinal axis of the front panel. In the upper section, above the line delimiting the lowered area, there is a teardrop-shaped opening covered with a semi-transparent glass pane. The microphone portion of the earpiece and its corresponding recess in the panel are semicircular in shape, with the recess located in the lower left corner of the front panel. The earpiece and its corresponding recess, located in the upper left corner of the front panel, are square-shaped with rounded upper corners. A semicircular button is located in the center of the recess, as shown in the attached photo.
