Stolik szklany okragly nalezacy do grupy mebli pokojowych. Moze byc takze wykorzystywany w pomieszczeniach biurowych, hotelowych itp. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji. Na ,JFig."l przedstawiono widok z perspektywiczny stolika, na „Fig." 2 widok boczny, na „Fig." 3 - rzut prostopadly boczny, na „Fig." 4 - rzut prostopadly boczny (drugiego boku), na „Fig." 5 - w widoku z góry, oraz na „Fig." 6 - w widoku perspektywicznej z góry. Nazwa stolika nawiazuje do ksztaltu szklanego blatu i szklanej pólki które maja ksztalt kola z zaznaczeniem ze srednica pólki jest znacznie mniejsza od srednicy blatu, co wyraznie widac na fot. „Fig." 1. Poza tym blat wykonany jest ze szkla przezroczystego, natomiast pólka ze szkla o strukturze przydymionej, nieprzepuszczajacego swiatla. Nogi stolu fot. „Fig." 2, wykonane sa z drewna, sa lakierowane, maja identyczne wymiary i ksztaltem przypominaja luk. Cecha charakterystyczna stolika jest sposób mocowania blatu i pólki do nóg. Blat szklany mocowany jest do nóg za pomoca gumowych przyssawek co widac rys. „Fig." 5, w rzucie stolika z góry. Sama zas pólka przecina nogi stolika, rozdzielajac nogi na dwie czesci o nierównej dlugosci rys. „Fig." 3. Górna czesc nogi stanowi okolo 1/3 dlugosci dolnej czesci nogi. Laczy sie ona z dolna czescia nogi za pomoca sruby wkrecanej w trzpien, dzieki temu pólka stolika jest silnie dociskana z dwóch stron, zapewniajacych tym samym solidna i stabilna konstrukcje stolika.Nogi stolika „rozchodza" sie w swej dolnej czesci na zewnatrz rys. „Fig." 4, i sa symetrycznie rozmieszczone na obwodzie pólki i blatu. Owo rozmieszczenie i uksztaltowanie nóg sprawia iz mebel ten jest bardzo funkcjonalny i wygodny w uzytkowaniu, a takze latwy w utrzymaniu czystosci, ze wzgledu na gladkie powierzchnie pólki i blatu z obu stron. Srednica blatu stolika wynosi okolo 100 centymetrów, natomiast wysokosc 57 cm.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych stolik szklany okragly, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, sposobie wykonczenia i rozwiazaniu konstrukcyjnemu zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Charakterystyczny jest sposób mocowania nóg do blatu, za pomoca specjalnych, gumowych przyssawek, dajace z jednej strony mozliwosc latwiejszego montazu i demontazu blatu bez koniecznosci stosowania innych polaczen jak np. klejenie. Walorem, który niewatpliwie wyróznia stolik szklany okragly, to jego cechy wizualne i estetyczne. Ponadto jest to mebel o stosunkowo niewielkiej masie, dajacy sie latwo wkomponowac do róznego typu pomieszczen.„FIG". 1 „FIG". 2„FIG". 3 „FIG". 4 „FIG". 5 „FIG". 6 PLROUND GLASS TABLE The subject of the submitted industrial design is a round glass table shown in photos "Fig." 1 and 2, and drawings "Fig." 3, 4, 5 and 6. The round glass table belongs to the group of living room furniture. It can also be used in offices, hotels, etc. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration. Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the table, Fig. 2 a side view, Fig. 3 - an orthogonal side view, Fig. 4 - an orthogonal side view (of the other side), Fig. 5 - a top view, and Fig. 6 - a perspective view from above. The round glass table according to the industrial design in photo "Fig." 1 consists of such elements as a glass top, a glass shelf, and three legs (wooden). The name of the table refers to the shape of the glass top and glass shelf, which are circular, with the shelf's diameter being significantly smaller than the top, as clearly visible in photo "Fig." 1. Furthermore, the top is made of transparent glass, while the shelf is made of smoked glass that does not let in light. The table legs, photo "Fig." 2, are made of wood, are varnished, have identical dimensions, and resemble an arc in shape. A characteristic feature of the table is the method of attaching the top and shelf to the legs. The glass top is attached to the legs using rubber suction cups, as shown in photo "Fig." 5, a top view of the table. The shelf itself intersects the table legs, separating the legs into two parts of unequal length, photo "Fig." 3. The upper part of the leg is approximately 1/3 of the length of the lower part of the leg. It is connected to the lower part of the leg with a screw screwed into the pin, thanks to which the table shelf is strongly pressed on both sides, thus ensuring a solid and stable structure of the table. The table legs "spread" outwards in their lower part (Fig. 4), and are symmetrically arranged around the perimeter of the shelf and the table top. This arrangement and shape of the legs makes this piece of furniture very functional and comfortable to use, as well as easy to keep clean due to the smooth surfaces of the shelf and the table top on both sides. The diameter of the table top is approximately 100 centimeters, and the height is 57 cm. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is the new, spatial arrangement of the individual elements that make up the round glass table, manifesting itself in its shape, line layout, colors, finishing method, and structural solution, all aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The features that are fundamental to the registration of the submitted industrial design are the shape of the round glass table as a whole and its individual elements, its finishing technique, and the possibility of manufacturing it in various colors, heights, and diameters of the table top and shelf. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustrations and drawings attached to the description in perspective and side views (photos "Fig." 1 and 2), and in the drawings in side views, perspective, and top views (photos "Fig." 3, 4, 5, and 6. Features that may also be significant for the registration procedure of the described industrial design are the combination of wooden elements (table legs) with glass elements, such as the top and shelf. The legs are attached to the top using special rubber suction cups, which, on the one hand, allows for easier assembly and disassembly of the top without the need for other connections, such as gluing. The advantage that undoubtedly distinguishes the round glass table is its visual and aesthetic features.
