The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the shovel from the back with a visible handle overlay; Fig. 2 shows the shovel from the back with a handle overlay placed next to the shovel; Fig. 3 shows the rake from the back with a visible handle overlay; and Fig. 4 shows the rake from the back with a handle overlay placed next to the rake. The industrial design is also illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 5 shows the shovel from the front, and Fig. 6 shows the rake from the front. The toy set, according to the industrial design, is made, preferably of plastic. The essential features of the industrial design of the sand play set include a shovel and a rake. The essential features of the shovel included in the set include that the shovel shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and in the drawing, Fig. 5, has a working part 1 shaped like a bowl with a circular outline, cut on one side along an arc line, constituting edge 2. The working part 1 is concave at the front, and convex at the back. The rims of the bowl are bent on the sides, creating a collar 3 at the front and a groove at the bottom, passing in the middle into the handle 4. The handle 4 has a semicircular ending and a hole 5 in the middle. Between the walls of the handle there is a groove in which there are cylindrical, arranged one after the other, upward-directed projections 6. The handle groove is covered with an overlay 7 with projections on the inside, corresponding to the cylindrical projections 6 in the groove of the handle 4 with an opening on one side and on the opposite side with a bent rim, so that after placing the overlay 7 in the handle 4, a closed circuit is created and the internal space inside the handle 4 is closed on all sides. The rakes included in the set, presented in photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and in The drawing, Fig. 6, has a working part 1 resembling a triangle in its top view with slightly curved edges, converging towards the handle 2. The working part 1 is convex at the front, and concave at the back. The edges of the working part 1 of the rake, converging towards the handle 2, are curved towards the back. Opposite the handle 2 are teeth 3, bent at an angle. The line of arrangement of teeth 4 from the bottom is arc-shaped, so that teeth 3 at the edges are shorter, while the central teeth 3 are longer. Handle 2 ends in a semicircle and is equipped with a central opening 5. The side walls of handle 2 form a groove in which cylindrical, upward-facing projections 6 are located. The groove of handle 2 is covered with an overlay 7/^ of projections on the inside, corresponding to the cylindrical projection jS in the groove of handle 2 with an opening on one side and a curved rim on the opposite side. When overlay 7 is placed in handle 2, a closed circuit and a space enclosed on all sides inside handle 2 is created, which means that the toy handles are free of sharp edges.
