Abstract
Linia technologiczna do produkcji energii elektrycznej i nawozu organicznego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie ze zbiornika (1) magazynowego na substraty nie psujace sie, polaczonego ze zbiornikiem (2) przygotowania zasadniczego, do którego poprzez sterylizator lub pasteryzator (3) podlaczona jest równiez sluza zrzutowa (4) na odpady szybko psujace sie, a zbiornik (2) polaczony jest poprzez wymiennik slimakowy (6) z komora fermentacyjna (7), przy czym komora (7) fermentacyjna jest polaczona z jednej strony poprzez instalacje odsiarczania (10), zbiornik biogazu (11) z agregatami kogeneracyjnymi (12), a z drugiej strony komora (7) polaczona jest poprzez komore odwadniania (13) osadu z linia produkcji nawozu (14). granulatorem (15) i urzadzeniem do konfekcjonowania (16). W zbiorniku (2) umieszczony jest mikronizer (5) do rozdrabniania substratów. W komorze fermentacyjnej (7) umieszczone jest mieszadlo szczelinowe (8) i uklad kontroli wizualizacji i optymalizacji (9) utrzymania substratów w stanie mieszaniny jednorodnej. Komora odwadniania osadu (13) polaczona jest z mikrooczyszczalnia (17) a zbiornik biogazu (11) polaczony jest z pochodnia utylizacyjna (18).
