Stwarza to znaczna niedogodnosc. Boki trzonu sa zbiezne ku koncowi i jednoczesnie sa sciete tworzac z plaszczyzna wyciecia kat ostry korzystnie 45°. Boki trzona i zamocowania tworza z osia symetrii kat a = 1° -5- 3°. Konstrukcja zeba wedlug wynalazku pozwala na zastosowanie go we wszystkich typach koparek. 1 przedstawia nóz wraz z zamocowaniem w przekroju, zas fig. 2 stanowi widok zeba i zamocowania z góry. Ftg.2. PLThe subject of the invention is an interchangeable tooth for buckets of multi-bucket excavators used in opencast mining. There is a known interchangeable tooth for excavator buckets according to the Polish Patent No. 81 137. This tooth has a blade made of abrasion-resistant material and a handle mounted in a holder with a pin, which has a cut in the front part The defect of the known tooth is difficult to replace because in order to replace it, the pin must first be removed. Removing the bolt practically comes down to its destruction. This creates a considerable inconvenience. Moreover, the use of the known tooth is limited to wheeled excavators only. It is not possible to use a known tooth in chain excavators due to the too thick thickness of both the tooth and the holder that fixes it. Because in chain excavators, the play between the edge of the bucket knife blade and the edge of the guide trough is small. The shape and construction of the sleeve of the known tooth means that it is exposed to abrasion during operation of the tooth and often has to be replaced together with the tooth already at the first replacement. These inconveniences have been eliminated in the replacement tooth solution according to the invention. This tooth has a shank with a cut in the shape of a bucket blade, dividing the shank into an upper and lower part. The shaft is equipped with a mounting made of a circular bar surrounding the bucket blade on both sides and firmly attached to it. The mount has a trapezoidal shape without a base and with rounded corners. The sides of the shank are tapered towards the end and at the same time are truncated forming an acute angle with the cut plane, preferably 45 °. The sides of the shank and the mounts form the axis of symmetry with the angle a = 1 ° -5-3 °. The pretzel at the base of the trapezoid is cut from the inside in the middle of the diameter perpendicular to the plane of the bucket blade to a depth equal to the diameter of the rod. it is a secure fastening that secures the tooth from falling out, because the forces occurring during mining press the tooth against its attachment, while during idling, the tooth is sufficiently wedged in the attachment to allow it to change its position. The tooth is removed by knocking it out with a hammer, which does not damage it. The design of the tooth according to the invention allows it to be used in all types of excavators. The invention is explained in more detail in the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the knife with the attachment in section, while Fig. 2 is a view of the tooth and the attachment from above. 1, the tooth has a blade 1 mounted on a shank 2. The shank 2 has in the center a cut in the shape corresponding to the shape of the scoop 3 blade, which cut divides the shank 2 into an upper part 4 and a lower part 5. One of the shank parts 2 is provided with a rib 6 to break the tooth out of the mount. The fastening is a rod 7 with an endless circular cross-section. The pretzel 7 has on both sides a bucket blade 3 and on both sides of the blade 3 it has a trapezoidal shape without a base with rounded corners. Pret 7 is welded all around to the bucket edge from the outside. The tapering sides of the trapezoid formed by the rod 7 form its axis of symmetry, the angle a = 1 ° -r3 °. The sides of the shank have the same inclination, with its side surfaces forming an angle of 45 ° with the cut plane. Both the inclination of the sides and the cutting of the side planes at an angle of 45 ° cause the tooth to be wedged in the mount, which prevents it from falling out. It is also important to choose the width of the shaft in relation to the distance of the internal fastening. The internal distance B is smaller than the largest width A of the shank 2 by the size equal to the bar diameter 7. Patent claims 1. Interchangeable tooth for buckets of multi-bucket excavators, characterized by the fact that its shank (2) has a cut in the shape corresponding to the shape of the bucket blade (3) dividing the shaft (2) for the upper (4) and lower (5) parts, and the shaft (2) is fitted with a mounting made of a circular bar (7) that embraces the bucket blade (3) on both sides and is permanently attached to it, the mounting being trapezoidal shape without a base and with rounded corners, while the sides of the shaft (2) are tapered towards the end and at the same time they are truncated forming an acute angle, preferably 45 °, with the cut plane. 2.
