Stwarza to dodatkowa mozliwosc zatarcia przegubów co moze byc przyczyna awarii calej maszyny.Z tych to wzgledów w szeregu ladowarkach rezygnuje sie z wywazania nadwozia. Czujnik hydrauliczny stanowi cylinder z tlokami i tloczyskiem, którego obydwie komory sa polaczone z odpowiednimi komorami sterownika pompy hydraulicznej o przemiennym kierunku przeplywu, polaczonej z odpowiednimi komorami silow¬ nika hydraulicznego którego ruchomy trzon jest przytwierdzony do przeciwwagi. Zespól wedlug wynalazku umozliwia wywazenie nadwozia w stopniu zblizonym do optymal¬ nego. Osiagnieto to dzieki sprzezeniu ruchu czlonu wychylnego z przemieszczaniem przeciwwagi poprzez uklad hydrauliczny. W wypadku opuszczania wysieg¬ nika kola czerpakowego ladowarkowo zwalowarki wymuszanego silownikiem hydraulicznym 2 przemieszcza sie takze tlok z tloczyskiem czujnika 3. Naklad 120 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a unit for balancing a tilting member depending on its tilt, intended for a wheel loader or a loader-roller. The known system for balancing the tilting member of the loader body is based on the structure of an articulated quadrilateral in which the fixed part of the body is a refuge, and one adjacent and the articulated sides, a swivel member is attached, and a counter-weight is attached to the other adjacent side articulated with the frame. Both sides are articulated with each other by a connector. The disadvantage of the known system, due to the articulations, is difficult and time-consuming workmanship requiring careful processing and careful assembly. The operation is also difficult due to the large number of joints and the difficult access to them. This creates an additional possibility of galling of the joints, which may be the cause of the failure of the entire machine. For these reasons, body balancing is abandoned in a number of chargers. This results in an additional load on the transport system due to unbalance moments. Consequently, this has a serious disadvantageous effect on the dimensioning of the machine itself as well as the subgrade. These inconveniences are eliminated by the unit for balancing the tilting member depending on its deflection, according to the invention in which the tilting member is provided with a movable counterweight. This unit is characterized by the fact that between the fixed member and the tilting member there is a hydraulic sensor connected by lines through a hydraulic system with a motor that moves a movable counterweight. The hydraulic sensor is a cylinder with pistons and a piston rod, both chambers of which are connected to the respective chambers of the driver of the hydraulic pump with an alternating flow direction connected to the respective chambers of the hydraulic cylinder, the movable shaft of which is attached to the counterweight. A hydraulic sensor is attached to the movable counterweight, simultaneously connected to the movable part on which the counterweight is mounted, while both sensor chambers are connected by wires to the appropriate controller chambers.2 120220 The system of hydraulic sensors with the control is equipped with a hydraulic pump connected by a wire with this system through a three-position four-way distributor and a check valve, where an overflow valve is connected to the line. The lines connecting the discharge pump with the actuator are equipped with a pressure relief valve, three-position three-way hydraulic distributor and check valves, while one of the lines has an overflow valve and a non-return valve parallel to it. A feed pump is connected via check valves to the lines connecting the discharge pump with the actuator. The assembly, according to the invention, makes it possible to balance the body in a degree close to the optimal one. This was achieved by coupling the movement of the swing member with the displacement of the counterweight through a hydraulic system. This arrangement causes the counterweight to shift appropriately depending on the angle of the boom. The unit also allows the weight of the counterweight and the moment of unbalance to be reduced. As a consequence, the loads of the chassis are reduced, as well as the loads of the track bed, which in turn significantly reduces the amount of materials necessary for the construction of the machine and the track. The assembly according to the invention is explained in more detail in the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the assembly built on a loader-roller, and fig. 2 - a hydraulic diagram of the assembly. As shown in figures 1 and 2, on a loader-roller with a fixed chassis and a tilting body 1, the tilting of which is forced by one or two hydraulic cylinders 2, a hydraulic sensor 3 is mounted between the body 1 and the chassis. A hydraulic cylinder 5 is attached to the body arm on which the counterweight 4 is slidably mounted, and its movable shaft is fixed a hydraulic sensor 6 is attached to the movable counterweight 4. In addition, a hydraulic sensor 6 is attached parallel to the cylinder 5. The respective sensor chambers 3 and 6 are connected with each other by wires, and they are simultaneously connected to the respective chambers of the controller 7 of the hydraulic pump 8 with alternating flow direction. The hydraulic pump S is connected with conduits to the respective chambers of the hydraulic cylinder 5, whereby the bypass valves are connected to these conduits: overflow valves 9 and 10, a three-position three-way hydraulic distributor 11, and check valves 12, 13 with an overflow valve ^ 4. At the outlet of the hydraulic distributor 11, an overflow valve 15 is connected. A supply pump 16 is connected to the check valves 12, 13. On one of the supply lines for the hydraulic cylinder 5, an overflow valve 17 is installed in series and a non-return valve 18 parallel to it. 6 together with the controller 7 is connected to the feed pump 19, the pump 19 feeding the system via a three-position four-way distributor 20 and a double check valve 21. As a result, pump 19 supplies both system lines. The system of sensors 3 and 6 together with the controller 7 is secured by two overflow valves 22, 23 connected to the respective wires of the system. In addition, an overflow valve 24 is connected to the supply line from the pump 19. Operation of the unit according to the invention is as follows. In the case of lowering the boom of the bucket wheel of the loader-roller, forced by the hydraulic cylinder 2, the piston with the sensor rod 3 also moves. This forces the flow of the hydraulic medium which causes the movement of the piston with the piston rod in the controller 7. The controller 7 connected to the pump 8 activates and pushes of the hydraulic switch to the appropriate chamber of the hydraulic cylinder 5. This, in turn, causes the movement of the cylinder rod 5 in the appropriate direction and, at the same time, the movement of the counter-weight 4 connected to the piston rod. The sensor rod 6 connected with the counter-rod also moves, which changes the volume of its chambers and thus compensation of the volume of the system of both sensors 3, 6 together with the controller 7, so that the piston of the controller 7 is set in the neutral position and the pump 8 is set at zero capacity. The result of this action is the displacement of the counterweight 4 in proportion to the angle of body deflection. During each operating cycle of the pump 8, the oil in a part of the hydraulic system is changed simultaneously and the oil is refilled at the pump inlet8. j120220 3 Claims 1.
