Okreslenie wzoru przemyslowego: „Zloty Medal imienia Jana Chochralskiego" - Medal okragly dwustronny w kolorze zlotym, wykonany ze zlota stopu 900 (90% Au, 10% Ag) o srednicy 36,2 mm i wadze 35,90 g. - Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku. Fig. 1. przedstawia awers medalu, a Fig.2. - rewers 2. Zastosowanie wzoru przemyslowego: Medal jest nadawany za zaslugi dla rozwoju nauk materialowych 3. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: kazda strona medalu posiada charakterystyczny nadruk: - Awers medalu zawiera: odzwierciedlenie popiersia prof. Jana Czochralskiego oraz napis wzdluz linii kola po lewej stronie o tresci: „Jan Czochralski Gold Medal" wykonany charakterystyczna czcionka ozdobna - Rewers medalu zawiera: umieszczony centralnie napis: „for achievements in materials science" wykonany charakterystyczna czcionka ozdobna oraz napis wzdluz linii kola o tresci: „Foundation for Materiale Science Development".Fig 1 Fig.2 PLJan Czochralski Medal 1. Description of the industrial design: "Gold Medal named after Jan Chochralski" - A round, double-sided medal in gold colour, made of 900 gold alloy (90% Au, 10% Ag) with a diameter of 36.2 mm and a weight of 35.90 g. - The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing. Fig. 1. shows the obverse of the medal, and Fig. 2. - the reverse 2. Application of the industrial design: The medal is awarded for contributions to the development of material sciences 3. Essential features of the industrial design: each side of the medal has a characteristic print: - The obverse of the medal contains: a representation of the bust of prof. Jan Czochralski and an inscription along the line of the circle on the left side with the text: "Jan Czochralski Gold Medal" written in a characteristic decorative font - The reverse of the medal contains: a centrally placed inscription: "for achievements in materials science" written in a characteristic decorative font and an inscription along the line of the circle with the text: "Foundation for Material Science Development".
