Przedmiotem wynalazku jest forma do formo¬ wania baniek szklanych, zwlaszcza do automatów karuzelowych.Znane dotychczas formy do formowania baniek szklanych charakteryzowaly sie tym, ze skladaly sie z dwóch polówek umieszczonych na saniach lub polaczonych zawiasowo. Formy takie zamy¬ kane byly hydraulicznie lub pneumatycznie. Wada takiego rozwiazania bylo to ze po opuszczeniu for¬ my banka szklana, posiadala na zewnetrznej po¬ wierzchni slady laczenia dwóch polówek formy w postaci szwu, co w znacznym stopniu pogarsza¬ lo walory estetyczne wyrobu.Postawiono sobie za cel eliminacje powyzszych wad. Cel ten osiagnieto przez zabudowanie formy wedlug wynalazku. Istota wynalazku polega na zastosowaniu formy obrotowej z elementami for¬ mujacymi, w postaci wyprofilowanych obrotowo- -wirujacych rolek, przy wykorzystaniu przekladni planetarnej ciernej jako naped rolek formujacych.Zaleta wynalazku jest to, ze banki otrzymane z takiej formy nie posiadaja sladu szwu.Forma wedlug wynalazku przedstawiona jest w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia forme w przekroju a fig. 2 for¬ me w rzucie pionowym.Forma wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z dwóch rolek formujacych 1 wyprofilowanych w ksztalt banki. Forms known to date for forming glass bubbles were characterized by the fact that they consisted of two halves placed on a sled or connected hingedly. Such molds were closed hydraulically or pneumatically. The disadvantage of this solution was that after leaving the form of a glass bank, it had traces of joining two halves of the form in the form of a seam on the outer surface, which significantly worsened the aesthetic value of the product. The aim was to eliminate the above drawbacks. This aim was achieved by building a mold according to the invention. The essence of the invention consists in the use of a rotary mold with shaping elements, in the form of profiled rotating-rotating rollers, using a planetary friction gear as a drive for forming rollers. The advantage of the invention is that the banks obtained from such a mold do not have a seam mark. The invention is illustrated in an embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mold in section and Fig. 2 shows the mold in elevation. The mold according to the invention consists of two molding rolls 1 profiled in the shape of banks. Each roller 1 is mounted on a roller 14 mounted in the body 3. The body 3 is slidably mounted in the sled 4 fastened with clamps 12. The roller 6 is mounted in the mold body 15, on which the conical element 2 for opening and closing the mold is slidably mounted. The conical * element 2 is connected with the lever 8 fastened in the bracket 10. The shaft 14 has a friction roller 5. The lever 8 has a slider 13 for lifting and lowering the lever 8. The drive shaft 6 is connected to the slide in the upper part 4 and in the lower part it has an embedded pulley 7. The movements of the lever 8 are limited by adjusting screws 11. The mold body 15 and the support 10 are placed on the plate 9. The mold according to the invention works in the following way. The pulley 7 receives its drive from an engine not shown and rotates the drive shaft 6. As the drive shaft 6 rotates, it rotates the san 4 with the body 3. The friction roller 5 rolls on the inner surface of the taper 2 and thus sets the rotating and spinning motion of the forming rollers 1. The slider 13 moves the lever 8 downwards, which lowers the cone element 2 into the milk position. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the body 3 moves along the slide 4 and moves the rollers 1. open. The closing of the mold is as follows. The slider 13 moves the lever 8 upwards, which causes the taper element 2 to move. The friction rollers 5 moving along the conical surface of the element 2 cause the body 3 to slide along with the rollers 1 to the center. The mold is closed. The mold is used in all plants producing glass banks and is used for the rotary forming of glass bubbles. Patent claims 1.
