Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest prasa dzwigniowo-klinowa przeznaczona zwlaszcza do prac montazo¬ wych.Znane sa prasy dzwigniowo-klinowe z jednostronnym naciskiem suwaków prasy, w których to sila nacisku wywoluje reakcje na korpus prasy. Sa one osadzone na trzpieniu silownika zwiazanego z korpusem prasy z dwóch stron wzgledem przedmiotu obrabianego. W ukladzie dzwigniowo-klinowym zastosowano listwy posiadajace mozliwosc regulacji kata klina, przez co zapewniono mozliwosc zmiany nacisku suwaków prasy oraz zmiany ich polozenia wzgledem siebie w czasie ruchu.Zastosowanie w konstrukcji prasy podwójnego mechanizmu dzwigniowo-klinowego, w którym sily nacisku suwaków prasy tworza uklad zamkniety nie przenoszac sie na korpus w obszarze roboczym prasy spowodowalo, ze nie ma potrzeby wprowadzania specjalnych odciazen od tych sil dla ich zniwelowania.Uproszczenie to daje w efekcie oszczednosci materialu na korpus lub zmniejsza liczbe czesci wzglednie zespolów stanowiacych uklad odciazajacy od sil nacisku w maszynie montazowej.Przedmiot wynalazkujest przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku. In this case, it is necessary to use special loads to compensate for the forces of reaction to the assembly machine system from the force of the press ram. The essence of the invention is the use of two counter-acting wedge-lever mechanisms in the press. They are mounted on the plunger of the actuator connected with the body of the press on both sides of the workpiece. In the lever-wedge system, slats with the possibility of adjusting the wedge angle were used, which provided the possibility of changing the pressure of the press sliders and changing their position relative to each other during movement. The use of a double lever-wedge mechanism in the construction of the press, in which the press force of the press sliders creates a closed system By not transferring to the body in the working area of the press, there is no need to introduce special stresses from these forces to compensate for them.
