Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zlacze rurociagów transportu pneumatycznego dla surowca wlókien¬ niczego.Znane zlacza rurowe wykonane byly jako kolnie¬ rzowe z kolnierzami luznymi przy zalozeniu do¬ datkowego wywiniecia kolnierza z rurociagu w czasie jego montazu. Zlacza tego typu posiadaja duze opory przeplywu oraz stanowia przeszkode na której zahacza sie surowiec zatykajac rurociagi.Zlacze rurociagów wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z rury oraz wspólpracujacego z nia kielicha o kon¬ cówkach posiadajacych obwodowe wytloczenia.Rure i kielich laczy ze soba dwudzielna opaska w wersji jedno lub dwustronnie skrecanej srubami.Przy wersji jednostronnie skreconej, drugie zlacze jest zaczepowe. W miejsce zaczepu moze byc sto¬ sowany przegub.Zaleta zlacza jest prostota montazu, wysoka szczelnosc, duza pewnosc eksploatacyjna oraz male straty przeplywu w zwiazku z precyzja poosiowego ustawienia kolejnych skladników instalacji.Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiony jest w przy¬ kladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zlacze rurociagów w przekroju wzdluz osi rurociagu a fig. 2 przedstawia zlacze w prze¬ kroju prostopadlym od osi rurociagu. Connectors of this type have high flow resistance and constitute an obstacle on which the raw material engages and clogs the pipelines. According to the invention, the pipeline connector consists of a pipe and a socket cooperating with it, with ends having circumferential embossing. or on both sides twisted with screws. In the case of the one-sided twisted version, the second coupling is retaining. A joint may be used in place of the hitch. The advantage of the joint is simplicity of assembly, high tightness, high operational reliability and low flow losses due to the precise alignment of subsequent components of the installation. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of implementation in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the pipe joint in a section along the pipeline axis, and Fig. 2 shows the joint perpendicular from the pipeline axis. The pipe 1 having a circumferential embossing 2 enters a socket 3 with a similar circumferential embossing 4.
