Description

Dolne krawedzie tejze sciennej plyty posiadaja zaczepy.Stropo¬ wa plyta natomiast sklada sie równiez z uszeregowanych kul oraz takze z uzebrowania, a przestrzen miedzy tymi kulami i uzebrowaniemjest wypelniona masa betonowa. Boczne krawedzie stropowej plyty posiadaja gniazda.Wynalazek zostanie blizej objasniony na przykladzie wykonania pokazanym na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia w przekroju poziomym schemat montazu wieloplytowego budynku, fig. 2 — w przekroju pionowym po linii A—A z fig. 1 szczegól ukladania stropowych plyt, fig. 3 — stropowa plyte w widoku i czesciowym przekroju poziomym, fig. 4 — stropowa plyte w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 5 — stropowa plyte równiez w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 6 — scienna plyte w widoku i czesciowym przekroju pionowym, fig. 7 — scienna plyte w przekroju poziomym, fig. 2. Naklad 120 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of assembling a multi-panel building and a set of panels for using this method. Until now, the assembly of a multi-panel building was carried out using the traditional post or frame method, which also required the installation of partitions. On the other hand, the assembly of a multi-panel building made with the use of many elements did not allow for the freedom to shape the body of the building, because the prefabricated load-bearing walls of the building coincided in the horizontal and vertical projection, as the upper ones were placed on the bottom plates along the entire length. Such systems created construction boxes in the building, they were not stable and required additional stiffening. The aim of the invention is to develop a method of assembling the building from two basic elements allowing for the freedom of shaping the body of this building. This goal was achieved thanks to the fact that subsequent wall panels of the next storey it is arranged at right angles on the lower wall panels on the poles of these wall panels in a given module, while the ceiling panels are arranged with sockets on one side on the wall panel catches, and on the other side, on the upper edges of the wall panels below the storey. . The wall plate consists of lined up balls and preferably in the middle of its span with a pole and ribbing. The space between these spheres, the pole and the ribs is filled with concrete. The lower edges of this wall plate are provided with hooks. The ceiling plate also consists of lined up spheres and also ribbons, and the space between these spheres and ribs is filled with concrete. The side edges of the ceiling slab have sockets. The invention will be explained in more detail on the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a horizontal section of the assembly scheme of a multi-plate building, fig. 2 - in a vertical section along the line A-A from fig. of ceiling slabs, Fig. 3 - ceiling slab in view and partial horizontal section, Fig. 4 - ceiling slab in cross section, Fig. 5 - ceiling slab also in cross section, Fig. 6 - wall plate in view and partial vertical section, Fig. 7 - wall panel in horizontal section, Fig. 8 - wall panel in vertical section.2 118904 The method of assembly of a multi-panel building is performed only with wall panels 1 and ceiling panels 4, but the wall panel 1 is a multiple of the ceiling plates 4. Wall plate 1 consists of lined up balls 2 and preferably in the middle of its span with column 8 and is provided with ribs 3 and space 5 between the balls 2, with a column 8 and ribs 3, the concrete mass is filled with the lower edges of the same slab walls 1 having hooks 7. Ceiling slab 4 also consists of lined up balls 2 and ribs 3. Also the free space 5 between the balls 2 and the ribs 3 is filled with mass concrete with the fact that the side edges of the ceiling slab 4 have slots 6. On any substructure not shown in the drawing, the wall slabs 1 are placed first, and the next wall slabs 1 of the next storey are placed at right angles on the lower wall slabs 1 on their column 8 in a given module. The ceiling plates 4 are arranged with sockets 6 on one side on the catches 7 of the wall plate 1 and on the other side on the upper edges of the wall plates 1 of the lower floor. Wall panels 1 and ceiling panels 4 constitute an exclusive set of panels for the assembly of a building with any shape of the body of this building. Patent claims 1.
