Kolorowy motyw zwierzecy w postaci plastycznej wystepuje w pozycji stojacej na uchu kubka, zastepujac dluzszy bok ucha kubka o ksztalcie w przyblizeniu prostokatnym, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach fig.3 i fig.5.5. Kolorowy motyw zwierzecy w postaci plastycznej wystepuje w pozycji pionowej w miejsce calego ucha kubka, tj. w miejsce dwóch krótszych i jednego dluzszego boku ucha w przyblizeniu o ksztalcie prostokatnym, z nogami zastepujacymi górny i dolny krótszy bok ucha przylegajacymi do korpusu kubka, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii fig.6 6. The industrial design is for a colorful animal mug intended for drinking beverages, particularly for children. The essence of the industrial design is a new, original form of the colorful animal mug, suitable for repeated reproduction, manifesting itself in its shape and colors, and in particular in the presence of two multicolor animal motifs: one in plastic form appearing on the mug's handle, replacing part of the handle, and the other a colorful animal motif in graphic form appearing on the outer surface of the mug's body, including natural elements. Each mug features two colorful animal motifs of the same animal: a plastic animal motif and a graphic animal motif. Animal motifs depict various animals, wild and domestic, land and water, mammals and birds, such as: a mouse, a panda, a cow, a duck, a pig, a goose, a chicken, a rabbit, a rooster, in a form close to natural as well as in a stylized, dressed form, in various poses. The colorful mug with animals has a circular cross-section, with a body slightly narrowing in an arc towards the base, has a colorful plastic animal motif in the form of a standing mouse on the lower, shorter side of the handle, with a shape close to rectangular, in place of the longer side and shorter upper side of the mug's handle, and a colorful graphic animal motif on the surface of the mug in the form of a standing mouse against a single-colored background of the mug, as shown in photograph fig. 1. In the first variant of the colorful mug with animals, the colorful animal plastic motif is in the form of a standing dressed mouse on the lower, shorter side of the handle, which is almost rectangular in shape. Instead of the longer side and the shorter upper side of the mug's handle, the colorful animal graphic motif is in the form of a large sitting mouse against the background of the mug's body in one color, as shown in photograph Fig. 2. In the second variant of the colorful mug with animals, the colorful animal plastic motif is in the form of a standing panda on the lower, shorter side of the handle, which is almost rectangular in shape. Instead of the longer side of the mug's handle, the colorful graphic motif is in the form of a large sitting panda, as shown in photograph Fig. 3. In the third variant of the colorful mug with animals, the colorful animal plastic motif is in the form of a white cow with black spots in a vertical position, standing on the lower shorter side of the handle with a shape close to rectangular, instead of the longer side of the handle of the mug, the colorful graphic motif is in the form of a white cow with black spots standing in a normal position, on a green background imitating grass at the bottom and on the background of the mug in one color in the further part of its surface, as shown in photograph Fig. 4.
