The essence of the industrial design is the new, individualized form of the open tutor orthosis, given to it by its characteristic shape and construction, the inscriptions placed on it, the arrangement of circumferential fastening and adjustment straps, and the use of lateral rails that restrict and stabilize the lower limb in extension or constant flexion. The subject of the design is shown in the illustrations in the form of colour prints, in which: - fig. 1, la, lb and lc show the open tutor orthosis in the first variant with a long band and three circumferential straps on the thigh and lower leg part of the orthosis, put on the lower limb, respectively in the front, right side, left side and back view, fig. Id and le - the same tutor orthosis in the unfolded state, respectively in the view from the outside and inside, fig. lf shows the side pads of the same orthosis connected by circumferential straps in the view from the outside, fig. Ig - the same side pads in the separated state and with extended side rails, straight and bent, in the view from the outside, fig. lh - the same side pads connected by circumferential straps in the view from the inside, and fig. 1i - the same side pads in a separated state, in the view from the inner side, - fig. 2, 2a, 2b and 2c, show the open tutor orthosis in the second variant with a short band and two circumferential straps on the thigh and lower leg part of the orthosis, put on the lower limb, respectively in the front, right side, left side and back view, fig. 2d and 2e - the same tutor orthosis in an unfolded state, respectively in the view from the outer and inner side, fig. 2f shows the side pads of this orthosis in a separated state and with extended side rails, straight and bent, in the view from the outer side, fig. 2g - the same side pads in a separated state, in the view from the inner side, and fig. 2h - the band of this orthosis in the view from the side The open tutor orthosis according to the industrial design in the example version has a band made of polyurethane foam, covered externally with black polyamide or neoprene knitwear, and internally with a mixture of cotton and nylon in light gray, and the edges of the band are trimmed with black tape, while the band is made in the shape of a trapezoid with rounded corners, resting on a shorter base, the side arms of which at the middle of their height have recesses in the shape of a semicircle, creating an opening for the knee, and on the external surface of the band, on its axis of symmetry, a black tape with a center seam is sewn, creating two covers in which the back splints can be mounted, profiled to the shape of the back of the lower limb, while at the side arms of the band, on on its outer side there are two side covers fastened with Velcro fasteners, made of material and in colors identical to the band, with lengths adjusted to the length of the side arms of the band's trapezoid, and the outer edges of the side covers are trimmed with black tape, have a shape adjusted to the shape of the side arms of the band, and the inner edges of the side covers are secured with black tape, sewn on them and creating pockets between the seams for side rails, straight ones stabilizing the extension or bent at an angle of 20° stabilizing the flexion of the lower limb, and in addition, under each of the pockets there are circumferential straps with return rings on their free end, directed towards the other pocket, and under each of the pockets there are pass-through rings for the straps sewn under the other pocket, the circumferential straps are equipped with Velcro fasteners, on the highest circumferential strap there is the Erhem trademark in green, and the side covers on the inside along their inner edges have the internal Velcro fastening tapes of the orthosis band sewn on, as shown in fig. 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, ld, 1e, 1lf, 1lg, 1h, 1li, 2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g and 2h. The open tutor orthosis is made in two versions, differing in the length of the band and the number of circumferential straps. The first version of the industrial design has a long band and is fastened on both the thigh and lower leg with three circumferential straps, as shown in Figs. 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, ld, 1e, lf, lg, 1h, and 1i, while the second version has a short band and is fastened on both the thigh and lower leg with two circumferential straps, as shown in Figs. 2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g, and 2h. The orthosis according to the design is easy to put on the affected leg thanks to its open construction and is universally applicable due to the interchangeable side rails. The design aims to enhance the aesthetic value of the open tutor orthosis. List of Industrial Design Variations 1.
