Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w materiale uzytym do wykonania uchwytu, w ksztalcie uchwytu oraz w fakturze powierzchni uchwytu. Uchwyt wykonany jest z polaczonych ze soba drewnianych elementów w sklad których wchodza: rekojesc, dwie podstawy i dwa klocki górne. Rekojesc stanowi prostopadloscienna pozioma belka posiadajaca od strony górnej dwa podluzne rowki i zakonczona z obu stron lukowymi wybraniami przechodzacymi w uskoki i male luki laczace uskoki z dolna strona belki. Od strony dolnej, w srodkowej czesci rekojesci znajduje sie plaskie wybranie zakonczone po obu stronach lukami. Podstawy uchwytu stanowia dwa klocki ustawione prostopadle do rekojesci, posiadajace od strony dolnej pozioma powierzchnie, a z obu stron bocznych lukowe wybrania przechodzace w uskoki i male luki laczace uskoki z pozioma powierzchnia podstawy, zas od góry podstawy maja prostokatne wybrania w których osadzona jest rekojesc. Nad podstawami na belce rekojesci umieszczone sa klocki górne w ksztalcie niskiegoprostopadloscianu o podstawie kwadratowej zakonczonego ostroslupem. Na powierzchni uchwytu widoczne sa sloje drzewa z którego wykonany jest uchwyt, a w odmiennym wykonaniu powierzchnia uchwytu pokryta jest lakierem zaslaniajacym sloje drzewa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 - widok uchwytu z przodu z powierzchnia pokryta lakierem zaslaniajacym sloje drzewa. The industrial design registration right is valid from December 20, 2006. The subject of the industrial design is a handle designed for carrying a coffin. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the material used to make the handle, the shape of the handle, and the surface texture of the handle. The handle is made of interconnected wooden elements consisting of a handle, two bases, and two upper blocks. The handle is a rectangular horizontal beam with two longitudinal grooves on the upper side and terminated on both sides with arched recesses that transition into ledges and small arcs connecting the ledges to the underside of the beam. On the lower side, in the center of the handle, there is a flat recess terminated on both sides by arcs. The bases of the handle consist of two blocks positioned perpendicular to the handle, each with a horizontal surface on the bottom, and on both sides with arc-shaped recesses that transition into steps and small arcs connecting the steps to the horizontal surface of the base. The top of the bases has rectangular recesses in which the handle is mounted. Above the bases, on the handle beam, are upper blocks in the shape of a low cuboid with a square base and a pyramidal top. The surface of the handle displays the grain of the wood from which the handle is made, and in a different version, the surface of the handle is coated with varnish to conceal the grain. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the handle from the front, Fig. 2 from the top, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the front with the surface coated with varnish to conceal the grain.
