Oslona swiatla Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona swiatla, zwlaszcza przeznaczona do samochodu ciezarowego. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, oslona swiatla, wedlug niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Wzór oslony swiatla jest uwidoczniony na ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia oslone swiatla w widoku perspektywicznym z lewego boku, przodu i góry, fig. 2 - oslone swiatla w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 - w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 5 - w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - w widoku z prawego boku, a fig. 7 - w widoku z góry. Oslona swiatla, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac profilowanej cienkiej plytki majacej w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do równolegloboku o zaokraglonych narozach, którego boki lewy i prawy sa dluzsze, lewe dolne naroze jest uksztaltowane z katem rozwartym, a prawe dolne naroze jest uksztaltowane z katem ostrym i jako nieco wyciagniete na zewnatrz. Powierzchnia przednia oslony swiatla jest lekko wypukla z lagodnym odchyleniem do tylu i w kierunkach do lewego boku, do góry i do dolu oraz z lukowym zagieciem do tylu od góry. Na bokach lewym i prawym przy lukowym zagieciu do tylu odgóry oraz w przyblizeniu w równej odleglosci od dolu, oslona swiatla ma uksztaltowane prostopadle do boków lewego i prawego wybrania o zaokraglonym dnie, po dwa z kazdego boku. Od powierzchni tylnej oslony swiatla wystaje kolnierz, który rozciaga sie prostopadle do tylu i wzdluz obwodu oslony swiatla otaczajac lukowo wybrania na bokach lewym i prawym. Cechami istotnymi oslony swiatla, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest to, ze ma postac profilowanej cienkiej plytki majacej w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do równolegloboku o zaokraglonych narozach, którego boki lewy i prawy sa dluzsze, lewe dolne naroze jest uksztaltowane z katem rozwartym, a prawe dolne naroze jest uksztaltowane z katem ostrym i jako nieco wyciagniete na zewnatrz. Powierzchnia przednia oslony swiatla jest lekko wypukla z lagodnym odchyleniem do tylu i w kierunkach do lewego boku, do góry i do dolu oraz z lukowym zagieciem do tylu od góry. Na bokach lewym i prawym przy lukowym zagieciu do tylu od góry oraz w przyblizeniu w równej odleglosci od dolu, oslona swiatla ma uksztaltowane prostopadle do boków lewego i prawego wybrania o zaokraglonym dnie, po dwa z kazdego boku. Od powierzchni tylnej oslony swiatla wystaje kolnierz, który rozciaga sie prostopadle do tylu i wzdluz obwodu oslony swiatla otaczajac lukowo wybrania na bokach lewym i prawym, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig.1-7.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3Fig. 4Fig. 5Fig. 6Fig. 7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a headlight cover, particularly one intended for a truck. Compared to similar products of this type known in the art, the headlight cover according to this industrial design is distinguished by its novel character manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material, and ornamentation. The headlight cover design is shown in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the headlight cover in a perspective view from the left side, front, and top; Fig. 2 shows the headlight cover from below; Fig. 3 shows the front view; Fig. 4 shows the left side view; Fig. 5 shows the rear view; Fig. 6 shows the right side view; and Fig. 7 shows the top view. The headlight cover, based on an industrial design, is characterized by being a thin, profiled plate, with a frontal view resembling a parallelogram with rounded corners, the left and right sides of which are longer, the lower left corner is shaped with an obtuse angle, and the lower right corner is shaped with an acute angle and slightly outward. The front surface of the headlight cover is slightly convex, gently sloping backward and in the directions to the left side, upward, and downward, and with an arc-like backward bend at the top. On the left and right sides, with an arced backward bend from the top and approximately equidistant from the bottom, the light cover has recesses formed perpendicularly to the left and right sides with rounded bottoms, two on each side. A flange extends from the rear surface of the light cover, extending perpendicularly backward and along the circumference of the light cover, arcing around the recesses on the left and right sides. The essential features of the light cover, according to the industrial design, are that it is a thin, profiled plate, with a frontal view resembling a parallelogram with rounded corners, the left and right sides of which are longer, the lower left corner is shaped with an obtuse angle, and the lower right corner is shaped with an acute angle and slightly outward. The front surface of the light cover is slightly convex, gently sloping backward and in the directions to the left side, upward, and downward, and with an arc-like backward bend at the top. On the left and right sides, with an arcuate bend backward from the top and approximately equidistant from the bottom, the light cover has recesses formed perpendicularly to the left and right sides with rounded bottoms, two on each side. A flange projects from the rear surface of the light cover and extends perpendicularly backward and along the circumference of the light cover, enclosing the recesses on the left and right sides in an arcuate manner, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-7.
