WC kompakt Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 21.12.1998r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest WC kompakt stanowiacy element wyposazenia lazienek i innych pomieszczen sanitarnych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajacej przedmiotowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoni zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 i fig.2 przedstawia WC kompakt z poziomym króccem odplywowym, zas fig.3 i fig.4 przedstawia WC kompakt z pionowym króccem odplywowym. Cecha charakterystyczna obu odmian WC kompaktów jest zwienczenie misy szerokim kolnierzem siedziska wywinietym na zewnatrz, zas w dolnej czescimisa ma podstawe w czesci czolowej o zarysie stozka scietego. Ponadto zbiornik na wode ma w zasadzie plaskie scianki oraz wyokraglone krawedzie zbiezne w górnej czesci w kierunku pionowej osi szerszych scianek, zas pokrywa zbiornika na wode jest lekko miseczkowata i ma oplywowe ksztalty. WC kompakt zilustrowany na fig. 1 i fig.2 ma mise zwienczona szerokim kolnierzem siedziska wywinietym na zewnatrz, którego krawedz w widoku z góry przechodzi prostoliniowo od czesci bocznych do zewnetrznej krawedzi pólki tylnej. Pólka tylna ma powierzchnie plaska nieco wzniesiona nad plaszczyzne siedziska. Misa w dolnej czolowej czesci przechodzi lagodnym lukiem do podstawy o pobocznicy stozka scietego, która w czesciach bocznych ma wglebienia o nieregularnych ksztaltach ciagnacych sie od odsadzenia przy podstawie do dolnej, tylnej powierzchni siedziska. Odmiana WC kompaktu zilustrowanego na fig.3 i fig.4 wyróznia sie od WC kompaktu przedstawionego na fig.l i fig. 2 szczególnie tym, ze krawedz kolnierza siedziska w widoku z góry ma eliptyczny zarys zakonczony prostoliniowa krawedzia tylnej pólki, która w widoku z góry ma ksztalt trapezowy o zaokraglonych narozach. Misa w dolnej czolowej czesci przechodzi ostrym lukiem do podstawy o pobocznicy stozka scietego, która w czesciach bocznych ma wglebienia o nieregularnych ksztaltach ciagnace sie od odsadzenia przy podstawie do dolnej, tylnej powierzchni siedziska. WC kopakty wykonane sa z ceramiki o blyszczacej powierzchni i wprowadzane sa do obrotu handlowego pod nazwa „ EKO 2000". WC kompakty posiadaja zainstalowane mechanizmy splukujace jedno lub dwuprzyciskowe oraz posiadaja zamontowana armature wyciszajaca szum wody przy napelnianiu zbiornika. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the object a new and original appearance. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show a compact toilet with a horizontal drain connector, while Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show a compact toilet with a vertical drain connector. A characteristic feature of both compact toilets is that the bowl is topped with a wide, outward-curved seat flange, while the lower part of the bowl has a truncated cone-shaped base at the front. Furthermore, the water tank has essentially flat walls and rounded edges that converge at the top toward the vertical axis of the wider walls, while the water tank lid is slightly bowl-shaped and has a streamlined shape. The compact toilet illustrated in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a bowl topped with a wide, outwardly curved seat flange, the edge of which, in a top view, extends straight from the side panels to the outer edge of the rear shelf. The rear shelf has a flat surface slightly raised above the seat surface. The lower frontal portion of the bowl flows in a gentle curve to a base with a truncated cone-shaped periphery, which has irregularly shaped recesses in the lateral portions extending from the base offset to the lower, rear surface of the seat. The version of the compact toilet shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is distinguished from the compact toilet shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in particular by the fact that the edge of the seat flange in a top view has an elliptical outline, terminating in a straight edge of the rear shelf, which in a top view has a trapezoidal shape with rounded corners. The lower frontal part of the bowl transitions in a sharp arc to a base with a truncated cone-shaped sidewall, which has irregularly shaped recesses in the sides extending from the base offset to the lower, rear surface of the seat. Compact toilets are made of ceramic with a glossy surface and are marketed under the name "EKO 2000." Compact toilets have single- or double-button flush mechanisms and are equipped with fittings that reduce the sound of water when the cistern is filled.
