Otwieracz do butelek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest otwieracz do butelek, przeznaczony do odkrecania nakretek zamykajacych butelki, charakteryzujacy sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1 - otwieracz do butelek, w postaci bryly przestrzennej, której górna powierzchnia, tworzaca skrzydla otwieracza, jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do wycinka kola, a wewnetrzna jej krawedz utworzona jest z dwóch wkleslychluków, polaczonych w srodkowej czesci wypuklym lukiem, stanowiacym fragment czesci dolnej otwieracza o ksztalcie walca, posiadajacego na swojej wewnetrznej pobocznicy podluzne wypusty, przy czym w skrzydle znajduje sie otwór, natomiast w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza znajduje sie nieznaczne wglebienie; 2 - otwieracz do butelek, w postaci bryly przestrzennej, której górna powierzchnia, tworzaca skrzydla otwieracza, jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do wycinka kola, a wewnetrzna jej krawedz utworzona jest z dwóch wkleslych luków, polaczonych w srodkowej czesci wypuklym lukiem, stanowiacym fragment czesci dolnej otwieracza o ksztalcie walca, posiadajacego na swojej wewnetrznej pobocznicy podluzne wypusty, przy czym w skrzydle znajduje sie otwór, natomiast w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza umieszczony jest ornament, którego górna powierzchnia nie jest zrównana z plaszczyzna pozostalej górnej powierzchni otwieracza; 3 - otwieracz do butelek, w postaci bryly przestrzennej, której górna powierzchnia, tworzaca skrzydla otwieracza o pogrubionych krawedziach, jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do wycinka kola, natomiast wewnetrzna jej krawedz utworzona jest z dwóch wkleslych luków, polaczonych w srodkowej czesci wypuklym lukiem, stanowiacym fragment czesci dolnej otwieracza o ksztalcie walca, posiadajacego na swojej wewnetrznej pobocznicy podluzne wypusty, przy czym w skrzydle znajduje sie otwór, a w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza znajduje sie nieznaczne wglebienie;4 - otwieracz do butelek, w postaci bryly przestrzennej, której górna powierzchnia, tworzaca skrzydla otwieracza o pogrubionych krawedziach, jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do wycinka kola, natomiast wewnetrzna jej krawedz utworzona jest z dwóch wkleslych luków, polaczonych w srodkowej czesci wypuklym lukiem, stanowiacym fragment czesci dolnej otwieracza o ksztalcie walca, posiadajacego na swojej wewnetrznej pobocznicy podluzne wypusty, przy czym w skrzydle znajduje sie otwór, a w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza umieszczony jest ornament, którego górna powierzchnia nie jest zrównana z plaszczyzna pozostalej górnej powierzchni otwieracza. Cechy istotne otwieracza do butelek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze jest w postaci bryly przestrzennej, której górna powierzchnia tworzaca skrzydla otwieracza, jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do wycinka kola, a wewnetrzna jej krawedz utworzona jest z dwóch wkleslych luków, polaczonych w srodkowej czesci wypuklym lukiem, stanowiacym fragment czesci dolnej otwieracza o ksztalcie walca, posiadajacego na swojej wewnetrznej pobocznicy podluzne wypusty, przy czym w skrzydle znajduje sie otwór, natomiast w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza znajduje sie nieznaczne wglebienie lub w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza umieszczony jest ornament, którego górna powierzchnia nie jest zrównana z plaszczyzna pozostalej górnej powierzchni otwieracza, natomiast w odmianie otwieracza do butelek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego górna powierzchnia, tworzaca skrzydla otwieracza o pogrubionych krawedziach, jest takze w ksztalcie zblizonym do wycinka kola, a w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza znajduje sienieznaczne wglebienie lub w czesci centralnej górnej powierzchni otwieracza umieszczony jest ornament, którego górna powierzchnia nie jest zrównana z plaszczyzna pozostalej górnej powierzchni otwieracza.Fig.1 Fig. 1.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.3.1 Fig.4 PLBottle Opener The subject of the industrial design is a bottle opener intended for unscrewing bottle caps, characterized by a new and individual character, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The bottle opener according to the industrial design is shown in illustrative material, in which: fig. 1 - shows a top view of the bottle opener; fig. 1.1.- shows a bottom view of the bottle opener; fig. 2 - shows a top view of the bottle opener, containing an ornament on the upper surface; fig. 3 - shows a top view of the bottle opener with thickened edges; fig. 3.1. - shows a bottom view of the bottle opener with thickened edges; fig. 4 - shows a top view of the bottle opener with thickened edges and containing an ornament on the upper surface. List of industrial design varieties: 1 - a bottle opener in the form of a three-dimensional solid whose upper surface, forming the wings of the opener, is in the shape close to a segment of a circle, and its inner edge is formed of two concave arcs, connected in the middle by a convex arc, constituting a fragment of the lower part of the opener in the shape of a cylinder, having longitudinal projections on its inner side, wherein there is an opening in the wing, while in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is a slight recess; 2 - a bottle opener in the form of a three-dimensional solid, the upper surface of which, forming the wings of the opener, is in the shape close to a segment of a circle, and its inner edge is formed of two concave arcs, connected in the central part by a convex arc, constituting a fragment of the lower part of the opener in the shape of a cylinder, having longitudinal projections on its inner side, wherein the wing has an opening, while in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is an ornament, the upper surface of which is not flush with the plane of the remaining upper surface of the opener; 3 - a bottle opener in the form of a three-dimensional solid whose upper surface, forming the opener wings with thickened edges, is in the shape close to a circular sector, while its inner edge is made of two concave arcs connected in the middle by a convex arc, which is a fragment of the lower part of the opener in the shape of a cylinder, having longitudinal projections on its inner side, wherein the wing has an opening and in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is a slight recess; 4 - a bottle opener in the form of a three-dimensional solid whose upper surface, forming the opener wings with thickened edges, is in the shape close to a circular sector, while its inner edge is made of two concave arcs connected in the central part a convex arch, constituting a fragment of the lower part of the opener in the shape of a cylinder, having longitudinal projections on its inner side, wherein there is an opening in the wing, and in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is an ornament, the upper surface of which is not flush with the plane of the remaining upper surface of the opener. The essential features of an industrial design bottle opener are that it is in the form of a three-dimensional solid, the upper surface of which, forming the wings of the opener, is in a shape similar to a segment of a circle, and its inner edge is made of two concave arcs, connected in the middle by a convex arc, which is a fragment of the lower part of the opener in the shape of a cylinder, having longitudinal projections on its inner side, wherein the wing has an opening, while in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is a slight recess or in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is an ornament, the upper surface of which is not flush with the plane of the remaining upper surface of the opener, whereas in the industrial design bottle opener variant, the upper surface, forming the wings of the opener with thickened edges, is also in in a shape similar to a circular segment, and in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is a slight recess or in the central part of the upper surface of the opener there is an ornament whose upper surface is not flush with the plane of the remaining upper surface of the opener.
