Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest forma robocza do wyrofoów ceramicznych z mas plastycznych.Wynalazek moze znalezc zastosowanie zwlaszcza przy produkcji ceramicznych naczyn stolowych.Dotychczas sa znane formy robocze do wyrobów ceramicznych, wykonywane w calosci z gipsu lub porowatego tworzywa sztucznego-, przy czym ze wzgledów technologicznych stosowane sa formy gipsowe.Niedogodnoscia dotychczas stosowanych form jest duzy ciezar, duze zuzycie gipsu i niska wy¬ trzymalosc. Konieczne ze wzgledów wytrzymalos¬ ciowych zwiekszenie objetosci form powoduje obnizenie ich wartosci uzytkowych.Celem wynalazku bylo opracowanie Jronstruk- cji foirmy roboczej, która pozwolilaby na wyeli¬ minowanie niedoigodinosci dotychczas znanych form.Istota formy roboczej do wyrobów ceramicz¬ nych wedlug wynalazku polega na zastosowaniu sztywnego podkladu z wyprofilowanym obrze¬ zem, na który jest naniesiona warstwa gipsu, stanowiaca powierzchnie robocza formy.Ze wzgledów uzytkowych podlklad jest prze¬ puszczalny dla powietrza, co uzysikano stosujac do jego wykonania rnaterial porowaty lub stosu¬ jac perforacje poidkladiu.Forma robocza wedlug wynalazku {jozwala na znaczne obnizenie zuzycia gipsu do jej wykona¬ nia. The increase in the volume of the molds, which is necessary for strength reasons, reduces their utility value. The aim of the invention was to develop a structure for a working mold that would eliminate the disadvantages of the previously known forms. The essence of the working mold for ceramic products according to the invention is the use of a rigid a base with a profiled edge on which a layer of gypsum is applied, constituting the working surface of the mold. Due to functional reasons, the base is permeable to air, which is achieved by using a porous material or perforations in the base. The working mold according to the invention { This allows for a significant reduction in the consumption of plaster. The small thickness of the plaster layer creates appropriate conditions for the use of the molds. The air permeability through such a layer is more than 2-3 times higher than in traditional forms, thanks to which the "leaf" of the mass adheres better to the form and does not shift during rolling. This significantly prevents deformation. formation of final products. The elimination of molds from the technological process is significantly reduced due to mechanical damage resulting from the low strength of plaster casts.
