Etykieta dla wyrobu cukierniczego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta dla wyrobu cukierniczego, posiadajaca nowa i indywidualna postac, nadana jej w szczególnosci przez uklad linii, kolorystyke oraz ksztalt poszczególnych ornamentów tworzacych wyglad tego wytworu. A label for a confectionery product according to the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material containing figures representing these labels, according to the following list of varieties: Fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, in which, against the background of the central green stripe, finished with thin green lines on both sides, there is a blue wavy stripe on which the word "michałki" is placed, written in white, characteristic letters, and the word "Sniezka", written in white letters, the word "Sniezka" being placed on a red oval background and surrounded by an oval white line, interrupted in the upper part by a white crown, located on the oval upper projection of this background, the word elements being placed alternately one after the other, while next to this ornamentation on both sides there are two wide silver stripes, both ending at the ends of the label with thin lines, blue, red and wider blue, respectively; Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variant of the label, in which, against the background of the central green stripe, finished with thin green lines on both sides, there is a blue wavy stripe on which there is the word "michałki" written in characteristic white letters and the word "Śniezka" written in white letters, the word "Śniezka" being placed on a red oval background and surrounded by an oval white line, interrupted in the upper part by a white crown, located on the oval upper projection of this background, the word elements being placed alternately one behind the other, while next to this ornamentation on both sides there are two wide silver stripes, both ending at the edges of the label with a one-sided wavy blue stripe, decorated with a white line and finished with an internal wavy red line; Fig. 6 - shows the sixth variant of the label, in which, against the background of the central green stripe, finished with thin green lines on both sides, there is a blue wavy stripe on which the word "michałki" is placed, written in characteristic yellow letters, and the word "Śniezka", written in white letters, the word "Śniezka" being placed on a red oval background and surrounded by an oval white line, interrupted in the upper part by a white crown, located on the oval upper projection of this background, the word elements being placed alternately one behind the other, while next to this ornamentation on both sides there are two wide silver stripes, both ending at the edges of the label with a one-sided wavy blue stripe, decorated with a green line and finished with an internal wavy green line; The essential features of a label for a confectionery product are that the verbal elements of the label are placed alternately one after the other, i.e. the word "michałki", written in characteristic letters in white or yellow, and the word "Sniezka", written in white letters, with the word "Sniezka" placed on a red oval background and surrounded by an oval white line, interrupted in the upper part by a white crown, located on the oval upper projection of this background, are placed on a wavy blue stripe or on a blue stripe, the background for these stripes being a green stripe, or a green stripe finished on both sides with thin green or yellow lines, or this hem being a wavy green stripe, and next to this label ornamentation, on both sides there are two wide silver stripes, both ending at the ends of the label with thin lines, in a blue, red or green color arrangement, and a wider blue line, or with thin lines in in a green, yellow or red or silver color scheme and a wider green line, or next to this ornamentation there are two wide silver stripes, which end at the ends of the label with a one-sided wavy blue stripe decorated with a white or green line and finished internally with a red or green wavy line, or two wide silver stripes end at the ends of the label with one-sided wavy green stripes, decorated with a white line and finished internally with a blue wavy line.
