Urzadzenie chlodnicze Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie chlodnicze w ksztalcie gondolki w jednej odmianie, przeznaczonej do przechowywania róznorodnych produktów w sklepach. Znane sa ze wzorów przemyslowych urzadzenia chlodnicze w postaci lady chlodniczej - nr 4350 i nr 10131, czy jako mala chlodziarka sklepowa - nr 7218. Znana jest równiez ze wzorów zdobniczych nr 21216 i nr 21217 chlodziarki z blatem oraz wzoru zdobniczego nr 666 stól chlodniczy do prezentacji. Wszystkie znane rozwiazania odznaczaja sie odrebnym wygladem od rozwiazania wedlug zglaszanego wzoru. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego polega na ksztalcie i jego budowie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: Fig.l - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane urzadzenia chlodniczego. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego a) odmiana 1 - przedstawiona jest na figurze 1 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Urzadzenie chlodnicze posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: • oryginalny wyglad w ksztalcie gondoli o oplywowych ksztaltach; • funkcjonalna przestrzen chlodzaca, przeznaczona do ekspozycji towarów spozywczych; • powierzchnie do umieszczenia stosownych napisów reklamowych.fig.1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a gondola-shaped refrigeration device in one variation, intended for storing a variety of products in stores. Known industrial designs include refrigeration devices in the form of a refrigerated counter – No. 4350 and No. 10131, and as a small shop refrigerator – No. 7218. Also known are ornamental designs No. 21216 and No. 21217 for a refrigerator with a countertop, and ornamental design No. 666 for a refrigerated presentation table. All known designs are distinguished by a distinct appearance from the design presented in the submitted design. The new and original form of the industrial design lies in its shape and structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the first variation of the refrigeration device. List of industrial design variations a) variation 1 - is presented in Figure 1. Essential features of the industrial design. The refrigeration device has the following essential features: • original appearance in the shape of a streamlined gondola; • functional cooling space intended for displaying food products; • surfaces for placing appropriate advertising inscriptions.fig.1 PL
