Previously, elements with a decreasing cross-section, are chamfered on grinders with manual pressing the element against the disk and manually adjusting the bevel width. Such execution of the chamfer is not very precise, and the work during its production is tedious, dangerous and harmful to health and inefficient. The aim of the invention is to obtain automatic chamfering of the curved edges over the entire length and width of the processed element. for the chamfering of curved-joint edges according to the invention. it contains a steering tool connected to the drive. In the upper cut of the rectangular slab there is a beam in the form of a lever, articulated with a bracket permanently connected to the drive. One end of the beam is provided with auxiliary rollers which follow cams with a shape close to the theoretical outline of the bevelled edge. The other end of the beam is provided with a cutting tool and with tracking rollers that run on an elastic pressure bar situated at the bottom of the upper cutout. The disc has a vertical slider in the lower cutout. The upper part of the lower cutout has a cross-section in the shape of a triangle with a cut-off top, constituting an oblong rectangular hole connecting both cutouts and coinciding with the oblong hole of the elastic blade. The advantage of the device for chamfering curved edges according to the invention , is to eliminate manual labor and increase productivity to a great extent. In addition, the device provides a constant, total length of the workpiece, the width of the chamfer, regardless of the value of the tolerance of the curvature profile. The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the device in a longitudinal section, and 2 shows the device in cross-section. The device comprises a plate 1 which has an upper cut 2 with a fine grain. In the upper cutout there is a beam 3 in the long axis of the plate 1, made in the form of a two-arm lever, fastened in the central part to the support 4 of the drive, not shown in the drawing. One end of the beam 3 is provided with two auxiliary rollers 5, running on cams 6, placed on the plate 1, with a shape similar to the theoretical outline of the bevelled edge. The second beam arm 3, on the other hand, includes two track rollers 7 located closer to the center of the beam 3, rolling on an elastic blade - 113 084 \ 113 084 S 3} a pressure pin 8, located at the bottom of the upper cutout 2, and at the very end of the beam 3 there is a fixed cutting tool 9. At the bottom, plate 1 has a lower cutout 10 in which a slider 11 is placed. The upper part of the lower cutout 10 has a cross-section in the form of a triangle with a cut at the upper apex, constituting an elongated rectangular hole, coinciding with elongated hole of the elastic strip 8. In the lower cut-out 10 above the slider 11 there is a chamfered element 12, which fits into the oblong hole of the plate 1 and the hole of the elastic strip 8. According to the invention, the device for chamfering curved edges is in the fact that the chamfered element 12 is placed in the lower recess 10 above the slide 11, which presses the element 12 from below. At the top, the chamfered element 12 is covered with an elastic blade with a longitudinal opening, which ensures the same height of the protrusion of the chamfered edge of the element 12. The drive drives the beam 3 with reciprocating movement, with the auxiliary rollers 5 rolling on the cams 6 causing a change the position of the cutting tool 9 in a vertical plane. On the other hand, the tracking rollers 7 rolling along the elastic blade 8, follow the tolerances of the curvilinear shape of the machined edge, and set the cutting tool to the desired width of the cut chamfer. characterized in that in the upper cutout (2) of the rectangular plate (1) a beam (3) in the form of a double-arm lever is placed, articulated with a bracket (4) permanently connected to the drive, with one end of the beam (3) is equipped with auxiliary rollers (5l, rolling on cams (6) with a shape similar to the theoretical contour of the bevelled edge, while the other end of the beam (3) is equipped with tracking rollers (7) running on a resilient pressure bar (8) located at the bottom of the upper cutout (2), and in the cutting tool (9), the plate (1) also has a vertically arranged slider (11) in the lower cutout (10), whereby g The upper part of the cutout has a cross-section in the shape of a triangle with a cut at the top, constituting an oblong rectangular hole connecting both cutouts <2 and 16) and overlapping with the oblong hole of the spring strip <*).
