Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie zabezpiecza¬ jace rurociagi pionowe przed urwaniem sie i zablokowa¬ niem otworów studziennych. 1 przedstawia schematycznie instalacje pompy glebinowej w otworze studziennym, a fig. 2 fragment umocowania ciegnien do kolnierza, a fig. 3 zamocowanie ciegien do lacza klinowego. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Naklad 120 egz, Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a device protecting vertical pipelines against breaking off and blocking well openings. Subsoil pumps with submersible electric motors intended for the extraction of water from drilled wells are mounted at the end of a vertical delivery pipe. The pump with the pipeline is freely suspended on one support located in its upper part. In this system, the pipeline acts both as a conduit through which the water flows, and also as a support system. In wells of large depths, there is an unfavorable state of stress resulting from the superimposition of stresses originating from the own weight of the pipeline and the pump unit, the hydrodynamic reaction and the fatigue stresses originating from the vibrations generated by the pump operation. In many cases, as a result of the accumulation of stresses, transverse cracks of the pipeline occur, and then breakage and fall off together with the pumping unit, due to the difficulty of extracting it, the well is completely excluded from operation. The invention concerns the protection of vertical pipelines against The essence of the invention consists in the fact that along the pipeline there are links attached to the flanged discs of the pipeline. The tendons are attached to the discs by means of bolts with holders that enable the creation of tension in the pipeline-tendon system. The bolts securing the tie rod are at the same time bolts connecting the segments of the string. Moreover, on the segments of the pipeline, rings clamped with wedges are attached to which both strings are attached. The ropes are fixed either outside or inside the pipeline. The main technical advantages of using the device according to the invention are that the stresses in the tubing are significantly reduced, which allows the use of pipes of lower strength. Moreover, in the event of a transverse breakage of the pipeline, the cables enable the entire pumping system to be pulled out of the well bore. The subject of the invention is explained in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows schematically the installation of a soil pump in a well bore, and Fig. 3, attaching the tie rods to the wedge joint. For the well opening 1 there is a lowered soil pump unit 2 suspended on a pipeline composed of three segments 3 connected with each other by flanges 4. Between the flanges limiting one single-segment pipeline section and the other two-segment pipeline section are ropes 5 stretched, parallel to the pipeline. The ends of these ropes are fastened to the flanges 4 by means of bolts 6 with lugs 7, passed through the flange joint between the bolts 8 of this joint. Turning the nuts 9 of the bolts 6 causes the initial tension of the ropes 5. Moreover, on the individual segments 3 of the pipeline3 112 686 4 there are sliding rings 10 clamped on the pipeline with wedges 11, to which also securing ropes are attached 5. The tension in the ropes 5 reduces the tension in the pipeline from self-weight load, reducing the strain of the material, and thus the probability of cracking. However, in the event of a breakage of the pipeline, its lower part hangs on the ropes 5, which make it possible to pull the detached part together with the pump unit from the well opening, preventing its blockage and shutdown. The placement of the sliding rings 10 enables the use of ropes of any length and adjustment of the tensions. Patent Claims 1.
