SASZETKA Z KAWA MIELONA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest saszetka z kawa mielona. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz strukturze materialu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 widok z góry, fig. 2 widok z boku. Saszetka ma ksztalt okragly oraz asymetryczny tzn. od góry saszetka jest plaska, a od dolu plaszczyzna saszetki posiada odpowiednie uwypuklenie w srodku. Wyraznie widoczna plaska obwódka to zgrzew dwóch warstw papieru filtracyjnego dookola zewnetrznego obrysu saszetki. Saszetka z kawa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonana jest z papieru filtracyjnego tzw. bibuly, z góry perforowanej, z dolu natomiast gladkiej. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie saszetki na kawe przypominajacym splaszczona pigulke lub spodek i materiale z którego jest wykonana, oraz mozliwosci uzywania saszetki zarówno w specjalnych ekspresach cisnieniowych na takie saszetki jak i w tradycyjnych ekspresach cisnieniowych. _ lFig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLGROUND COFFEE SACHET The industrial design is for a ground coffee sachet. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, manifested in its shape and material structure. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing: Fig. 1, top view, Fig. 2, side view. The sachet has a round and asymmetrical shape, meaning the sachet is flat at the top, and at the bottom, the sachet surface has a corresponding convexity in the center. The clearly visible flat border is the weld of two layers of filter paper around the outer contour of the sachet. The coffee sachet, according to the industrial design, is made of filter paper, perforated at the top and smooth at the bottom. The essential features of an industrial design are the new and unique form of the product, which is reflected in the original shape of the coffee pod, resembling a flattened pill or saucer, the material from which it is made, and the possibility of using the pod in both special espresso machines designed for such pods and traditional espresso machines. _ lFig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
