Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób zapobiegania pek¬ nieciom szlifierskim metali, wystepujacym w procesie wytwarzania detali szlifowanych w przemysle metalowym.Dotychczas znane sposoby zapobiegania peknieciom szlifierskim metali polegaly na doborze odpowiednich parametrów procesu szlifowania takich jak: grubosc war¬ stwy szlifowanej, szybkosc obwodowa sciernicy, szybkosc obwodowa detalu obrabianego, stosunek szybkosci ob¬ wodowej sciernicy do szybkosci obwodowej obrabiane¬ go detalu, dobór sciernic pod wzgledem ich twardosci i struktury.Stosowano takze obróbke cieplna poprzedzajaca proces szlifowania, polegajaca na podgrzaniu detali w zakresie temperatur 100 do 600°C (P.I. Jaszczericyn. Tieplo- wyje jawienia pri szlifowanii i swojstwa obrabotanych powierchnostiej. str. 161—165. Wydawnictwo Nauka i Tiechnika Minsk 1973 r.).Wada dotychczas znanych sposobów zapobiegnia pek¬ nieciom szlifierskim metali jest koniecznosc stosowania malych grubosci warstwy szlifowanej w jednym przejsciu oraz wystepowanie stosunkowo duzych*naprezen w war¬ stwie zewnetrznej mogacych doprowadzic do pojawie¬ nia sie pekniec. 111925 PLThe subject of the invention is a method of preventing grinding cracks in metals occurring in the production of ground details in the metal industry. Until now known methods of preventing grinding cracks in metals consisted in the selection of appropriate parameters of the grinding process, such as: thickness of the sanded layer, peripheral speed of the grinding wheel, circumferential speed the workpiece, the ratio of the peripheral speed of the grinding wheel to the peripheral speed of the workpiece, the selection of grinding wheels in terms of their hardness and structure. The heat treatment was also applied prior to the grinding process, consisting in heating the workpieces in the temperature range of 100 to 600 ° C (PI Jaszczericyn. Tieplowy revealing the process of grinding and the familiarity of surface processed, pp. 161-165. Wydawnictwo Nauka i Tiechnika Minsk 1973). The disadvantage of the methods known so far to prevent grinding cracks in metals is the necessity to use small thicknesses of the sanded layer in one pass and in the presence of relatively large stresses in the outer layer, which may lead to the appearance of cracks. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above drawbacks by developing a method of preventing grinding cracks on the workpieces, especially with a developed surface. The essence of the invention is a method of preventing grinding cracks. metals, consisting in the application of annealing of details immediately after the finished grinding by taking it directly from the machine tool and putting it into an oil bath at a temperature of 180-200 ° C and keeping it in this bath for a period of about 2 hours, how to obtain the parameters specified by the design requirements. Putting into the oil bath should take place not later than before 15 seconds. The main parameter determining the temperature and time is the hardness of the surface to be sanded. The advantage of the method according to the invention is the possibility of using larger sanded layer thicknesses in one pass with the elimination of grinding cracks. The invention is illustrated in the following embodiment in which the main gears of the steering mechanism made of 15HN steel with a diameter of 0 40 are heat-chemically treated to a hardness of 58-60 HRC. Immediately after grinding with an oil coolant, it is heated in the environment of PW-315 oil. at a temperature of 180-200 ° C and within 2 hours, by directly removing the detail from the salad bowl and putting it into the oil bath as soon as possible. patent A method of preventing grinding cracks in metals by the isothermal stress relieving method, characterized in that the details immediately after grinding, but not later than 15 seconds, are annealed by taking them off the machine tool and putting them in an oil bath at a temperature of 180 to 200 ° C and keep at this temperature for a minimum of one hour in order to maintain the hardness defined by the structural requirements. 111925 PL
