Gablota Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest gablota, przeznaczona do eksponowania kart menu lub innych plansz informacyjno-reklamowych w ogródkach piwnych, kawiarnianych lub podobnych, zwlaszcza na wolnym powietrzu. Znana jest z opisu wzoru zdobniczego Rz. 15326 gablota scienna ma- jaca postac prostopadlosciennej plaskiej metalowej skrzynki, zaopatrzonej od strony czolowej w przezroczysta powierzchnie stanowiaca zamykane od zewnatrz drzwiczki. Górna czesc skrzynki jest szersza od dolnej i od bocz- nych czesci i na niej jes t rozmieszczony element reklamowy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac gabloty, przejawia- jaca sie w je j ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i uzytym materiale. Od czola jest zaopatrzona: w metalowa czworokat- na ramke z osadzona w niej przezroczysta powierzchnia stanowiaca okno z zamkiem rozmieszczonym na dolnym boku ramki oraz w szeroka drew- niana listwe rozmieszczona od góry. Na szerokiej listwie moze byc umiesz- czony element reklamowy. Gablota wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana w dwóch od- mianach. W pierwszej odmianie gablota wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadlo- scianu o dluzszym poziomym boku sciany czolowej. W drugiej odmianie gablota wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadlo- scianu o dluzszym pionowym boku sciany czolowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Gablota ma postac plaskiej prostopadlosciennej skrzynki, zaopatrzonej od czola w metalowa rame z przezroczysta powierzchnia stanowiaca okno oraz w szeroka drewniana listwe ponad oknem; - W dolnej listwie ramy jest usytuowany zamek;- W pierwszej odmianie wedlug wzoru, sciana czolowa gabloty ma dluz- sze boki poziome; - W drugiej odmianie wedlug wzoru sciana czolowa gabloty ma dluzsze boki pionowe. The subject of the industrial design is a display case intended for displaying menus or other informational and advertising boards in beer gardens, cafés, or similar establishments, particularly outdoors. It is known from the description of ornamental design Rz. 15326, a wall display case in the form of a rectangular, flat metal box, equipped on the front with a transparent surface constituting a door that can be closed from the outside. The upper part of the box is wider than the lower and side parts, and an advertising element is placed on it. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the display case, manifested in its shape, line layout, and material used. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, the individual figures of which represent: Fig. 1 - the first variant of the display case according to the industrial design in a perspective view; Fig. 1a - first display case variant in front view; Fig. 1b - first display case variant in side view; Fig. 2 - second display case variant in perspective view; Fig. 2a - second display case variant in front view; Fig. 2b - second display case variant in side view. The display case according to the industrial design takes the form of a flat, cuboidal box. The front is equipped with: a rectangular metal frame with an embedded, transparent surface constituting a window with a lock located on the lower side of the frame, and a wide wooden strip located on the top. An advertising element can be placed on the wide strip. The display case according to the industrial design is made in two versions. In the first version, the display case according to the design has the shape of a cuboid with the longer horizontal side of the front wall. In the second design, the display case has a cuboid shape with the front wall being longer vertical. Essential features of the industrial design: - The display case is a flat, rectangular box, equipped with a metal frame at the front with a transparent window and a wide wooden strip above the window; - A lock is located in the lower strip of the frame; - In the first design, the front wall of the display case has longer horizontal sides; - In the second design, the front wall of the display case has longer vertical sides.
