Panel ogrodzeniowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel ogrodzeniowy, prze- znaczony dla ogródków piwnych, kawiarnianych i tym podobnych. Z opisów wzorów zdobniczych nr Rz. 15328 oraz Rz. 17447 i Rz. 17452 znane sa plotek ozdobny i segmenty ogródka reklamowego o konstrukcji azurowej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac panelu ogrodze- niowego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach i ukladzie linii oraz materiale wykonania. Panel ma prostokatna rame, utworzona z pionowych metalowych i pozio- mych drewnianych listew, w której to ramie jest osadzona metalowa per- forowana plyta. Plyta posiada otwory rozmieszczone równomiernie w kilku szeregach, two- rzacych dwa poziome azurowe pasy rozdzielone pasem pelnym. Pasy per- forowane i pas pelny sa w przyblizeniu tej samej szerokosci. Po bokach ramy sa rozmieszone cztery elementy mocujace, po dwa z kaz- dej strony na dwóch poziomach. Panel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany w dwóch odmia- nach. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego panel posiada azurowa konstrukcje w ksztalcie prostokata, którego boki poziome sa okolo dwa razy dluzsze od boków pionowych. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego panel posiada azurowa konstrukcje w ksztalcie prostokata, którego boki poziome sa nieznacznie dluzsze od boków pionowych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Panel ogrodzeniowy ma postac czworokatnej azurowej konstrukcji, któ- ra posiada rame utworzona z pionowych metalowych i poziomych drewnianych listew oraz osadzona w tej ramie metalowa perforowana plyte;- Plyta posiada otwory rozmieszczone równomiernie w kilku szeregach, tworzacych dwa poziome azurowe pasy rozdzielone pasem pelnym; - Panel posiada po bokach elementy mocujace; - W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego panel posiada azurowa konstrukcje w ksztalcie prostokata, którego boki poziome sa okolo dwa razy dluzsze od boków pionowych. - W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego panel posiada azurowa kon- strukcje w ksztalcie prostokata, którego boki poziome sa nieznacznie dluzsze od boków pionowych. Decorative panel and advertising garden segments with an openwork structure are known from the descriptions of ornamental designs no. Rz. 15328, Rz. 17447 and Rz. 17452. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fencing panel, manifested in its shape, contours, line arrangement, and manufacturing material. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, the individual figures of which show: Fig. 1 - first variant of the fence panel according to the pattern in perspective view; Fig. 1a - first variant of the panel in front view; Fig. 1b - first variant of the panel in side view; Fig. 2 - second variant of the fence panel according to the pattern in perspective view; Fig. 2a - second variant of the panel in front view; Fig. 2b - the second panel variant in a side view. The industrial design panel has a quadrangular, openwork structure. The panel has a rectangular frame made of vertical metal and horizontal wooden slats, in which a perforated metal plate is embedded. The plate has holes evenly spaced in several rows, creating two horizontal, openwork strips separated by a solid strip. The perforated strips and the solid strip are approximately the same width. Four fasteners are arranged on the sides of the frame, two on each side at two levels. The industrial design panel is made in two variants. In the first industrial design variant, the panel has a rectangular, openwork structure whose horizontal sides are approximately twice as long as the vertical sides. In the second variant of the industrial design, the panel has an openwork structure in the shape of a rectangle whose horizontal sides are slightly longer than the vertical sides. Essential features of the industrial design: - The fence panel has a quadrangular openwork structure with a frame made of vertical metal and horizontal wooden slats and a perforated metal plate embedded in this frame; - The plate has holes evenly spaced in several rows, creating two horizontal openwork strips separated by a solid strip; - The panel has fastening elements on the sides; - In the first variant of the industrial design, the panel has an openwork structure in the shape of a rectangle whose horizontal sides are approximately twice as long as the vertical sides. - In the second variant of the industrial design, the panel has an openwork structure in the shape of a rectangle whose horizontal sides are slightly longer than the vertical sides.
