Rozwiazanie takie ogranicza sto¬ sowanie wibratora tam, gdzie wydatek cieczy pompy jest staly a zmieniac sie winna amplituda, realizowana skokiem tloka z jednoczesna amorty¬ zacja, to jest elastycznym lagodnym przejsciem przy nawrotach tloka.Wibrator hydrauliczny zmiennej amplitudy wed¬ lug wynalazku zbudowano przez osadzenie na tlo¬ czysku tloka koszyka z umieszczonymi w nim spre¬ zynami, opierajacymi sie o kolpak. The hydraulic vibrators used so far consist of a hydraulic actuator in which the amplitude is realized by the stroke of the piston rod. Such a solution limits the use of the vibrator where the pump fluid flow is constant and the amplitude changes, realized by the piston stroke with simultaneous amortization, i.e. a flexible smooth transition at piston returns. The hydraulic vibrator of variable amplitude according to the invention is built by mounting on the piston of the cage with springs placed in it, resting on the cap. The cap is screwed on depending on the stroke of the piston on the cylinder cylinder. The cap on the cylinder is countered with a nut. An indicator is attached to the cylinder, which shows the size of the piston's stroke on a scale cut on the outer surface of the cap. The forks of the handle joint were inseparably seated on the extended rod of the connector.
