Znane sa rózne panele reklamowe charakteryzujace sie oryginalnym ksztaltem, wlasciwosciami powierzchni i zdobieniem. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni, i zobrazowana zostala na rysunku (fig. 1 - 12) i fotografii (fig. 13 - 24). Figury 1 do 5 oraz fig. 6, 16, 18, 19 i 20 przedstawiaja cechy panelu przynalezne do obu odmian. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru zobrazowana zostala na fig. 1 do 5 oraz na fig. 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 i 22, przy czym fig. 8, 13 i 22 przedstawiaja pierwsza odmiane wzoru z przykladowa reklama. Druga odmiana wzoru zobrazowana zostala na fig. 1 do 5oraz na fig. 6, 7, 10, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 23, przy czym fig. 15 i 23 przedstawiaja druga odmiane wzoru z przykladowa reklama. Various advertising panels are known, characterized by their unique shape, surface properties, and decoration. An example advertising panel covered by industrial design no. Rp-6857 consists of a rectangular frame mounted on two supports. The supports are placed perpendicular to the surface formed by the frame, with the upper surface of the support being semicircular and the ends of the supports being cut at a sharp angle. Rectangular panels with convex surfaces are mounted on the frame. Industrial design Rp-6456 describes a display for newspapers and/or advertising boards, consisting of a plastic frame attached by flexible connectors to a boom-shaped arm with a handle embedded in a hook attached to the wall of a stand, kiosk, building, or pavilion. Another design Rp-4868 depicts a display case for displaying newspapers and magazines, installed at points of sale. The case consists of a polyhedron-shaped base mounted to the floor, with one side convex at the front. When assembled, this wall is covered with a frame with a convex, transparent cover that fits the base. The essence of the industrial design is revealed in its shape and surface properties, and is illustrated in the drawing (figs. 1-12) and photograph (figs. 13-24). Figures 1 to 5 and Figures 6, 16, 18, 19 and 20 show panel features belonging to both varieties. The first variety of the pattern is shown in Figures 1 to 5 and Figures 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, wherein Figures 8, 13 and 22 show the first variety of the pattern with an exemplary advertisement. The second variety of the pattern is shown in Figures 1 to 5 and Figures 6, 7, 10, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 23, wherein Figures 15 and 23 show the second variety of the pattern with an exemplary advertisement. Generally, figures 1, 13, 14 and 15 show the panel in a front view, figures 2, 3, 16 - the panel in a side view, figures 4 and 18 - the panel in a top view, figures 5 and 19 - the panel in a bottom view, figures 6 and 20 - the panel in a back view, figures 7 and 21 - an open panel in a top view, figure 12 - a panel in a perspective view according to the first variant, figures 8 and 22 - a panel in a perspective view with an exemplary advertisement according to the first variant, figures 10 and 23 - a panel in a perspective view according to the second variant, figures 9 and 24 - a panel in a perspective view without a cover and spacer, figure 11 - a perspective view of the spacer from the bottom. The collective sheet presents individual variants in a perspective view - figure 12 (first variant) and figure 10 (second variant). The industrial-design advertising panel is shaped like a post, with a cylindrical front section that merges into two narrow, parallel walls at the sides. These walls, at the back of the post, bend inward, forming four equally wide, flat side walls that interconnect at right angles. The post is closed at the top and bottom with covers in the same color as the back walls, securing all the elements together. The industrial-design advertising panel is available in two versions. In the first version of the industrial-design panel, the cylindrical front wall of the post is colorless and transparent, and a milky-white screen adheres to it on the inside. Between them, a single copy of a specific press title or a single advertising board is placed. The front panel, at the height of the lower lid, is decorated with three circular snap heads that secure the panel to the lower lid. In the second variant of the industrial-style panel, inside, opposite the cylindrical, colorless, and transparent front panel, is a flat, vertical divider with a transparent pocket in the upper section, providing additional advertising space. A significant feature of the industrial-style panel is its unique shape and the surface character of the individual panels. The front panel is cylindrical, while its rear section is formed by a group of vertical panels intersecting at right or near right angles. The colorless and transparent front wall of the panel, at the height of the lower cover, is decorated with three circular snap heads that secure the wall to the lower cover. In the first variant, a milky-white cover adheres to the colorless and transparent front wall from the inside. In the second variant, a vertical divider with a transparent pocket in the upper part is located inside the panel.
