Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest fotografia otwartego komputera w widoku z boku, fig. 2 fotografia widoku z boku zamknietego komputera, a fig. 3 jest fotografia widoku z góry zamknietego komputera, poza tym fig. 4 jest fotografia widoku z przodu otwartego komputera. Komputer zabawka sklada sie z dwóch zespolonych ze soba wahliwie czesci, z których pierwsza jest podstawa zawierajaca klawiature usytuowana na jej górnej powierzchni. Druga czescia komputera jest panel górny, który ma usytuowany na powierzchni lezacej po stronie klawiatury monitor. W widoku krawedz powierzchni górnej podstawy komputera odwzorowuje polaczenie szeregu promieni o znacznie rózniacych sie dlugosciach, natomiast krawedzie powierzchni górnej i dolnej panelu górnego odwzorowuja dwa kliny polaczone ze soba podstawami. Na powierzchni górnej podstawy, wzdluz boku dlugiego klawiatury sa rozmieszczone zespól przycisków pionowych oraz rozmieszczony miedzy nimi zespól przycisków poziomych, nad którymi znajduja sie diody. Po stronie boku krótkiego klawiatury w powierzchni górnejpodstawy usytuowane jest kolowe zaglebienie z wysuwnym zespolem przycisków dodatkowych. W panelu górnym pod monitorem usytuowany jest przycisk, natomiast na fragmentach powierzchni panelu górnego po bokach monitora rozmieszczone sa tabelki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 is a photograph of a side view of an open computer, Fig. 2 is a photograph of a side view of a closed computer, Fig. 3 is a photograph of a top view of a closed computer, and Fig. 4 is a photograph of a front view of the open computer. The toy computer consists of two pivotally connected parts, the first of which is a base containing a keyboard located on its upper surface. The second part of the computer is the top panel, which has a monitor located on the surface next to the keyboard. In the view, the edge of the computer's upper base resembles a series of rays of significantly different lengths, while the edges of the upper and lower surfaces of the top panel resemble two wedges connected by bases. On the upper base, along the long side of the keyboard, are a set of vertical buttons and, between them, a set of horizontal buttons, above which are LEDs. On the short side of the keyboard, a circular recess with a retractable set of additional buttons is located in the upper base. A button is located in the upper panel below the monitor, while tables are arranged on sections of the upper panel on the sides of the monitor.
