Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do badania procesu zuzycia ogniw lancuchów górniczych w warunkach tarcia suchego bez dzialania srodowiska i w warunkach oddzialywania srodowiska takiego jak woda kopalniana, pyl weglowy, piasek podsadzkowy.Znane urzadzenie do badania procesu zuzycia ogniw oparte jest na wykorzystaniu dlugiej próbki lancuchowej przewijajacej sie przez kola gniazdowe. Inne znane urzadzenie wspólpracuje z maszyna do badan zmeczeniowych. Urzadzenia te nie pozwalaja na dokladne sledzenie przebiegu procesu zuzycia, sa klopotliwe w stosowaniu i malo wydajne. Nie umozliwiaja one równiez bezposredniego porównania wplywu dzialania srodowiska.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku do badania procesu zuzycia ogniw lancuchów górniczych sklada sie z przegubowo podpartych dzwigni, do których mocowane próbki lancuchowe przy uzyciu uchwytów, poprzez które na próbki ciegna przekazywane jest stale lub zmienne obciazenie sila wzdluzna. The well-known device for testing the wear process of mining chains is based on the use of a long chain sample scrolling through socket wheels. Another known device works with the fatigue testing machine. These devices do not allow for an accurate tracking of the wear process, are cumbersome to use and ineffective. They also do not allow a direct comparison of the environmental impact. The apparatus according to the invention for testing the wear process of mining chain links consists of articulated levers, to which chain samples are attached by means of grips through which a constant or variable load of longitudinal force is transmitted to the tendon samples. Slides are attached to the chain samples, with which the cam cooperates with a rotating motion, preferably composed of rolling elements and causing bending of the chain samples in the link joints. One of the chain samples is exposed to the environment in the bath, the influence of which is the subject of research. By using the device according to the invention, it is possible to easily change the basic parameters of cooperation that affect the intensity of abrasive wear, such as load, the angle of bending of the links and the speed of movement, while maintaining the same conditions kinematic parameters corresponding to the operating conditions of mining chains. The device makes it possible to accurately assess the wear resistance of chain links made of various materials subjected to various heat, thermo-chemical and surface treatments. It is possible to evaluate the effectiveness of anti-friction coatings and anti-corrosive coatings in the case of the cooperation of chain links in the atmospheric air as well as under the influence of the mine environment in the form of saline water and pollution by coal and stone dust. For the purpose of chain wear resistance assessment, standard five-piece samples used in other types of chain acceptance tests can be used. When using the device according to the invention, it is also possible to assess the resistance to brittle fracture of chain links in corrosive conditions and the sensitivity to stress corrosion. The invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows the view of the device for testing the wear process of mining chain links with straightened samples, and Fig. 2 in the device with the samples in the state of their maximum bending.
