Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac rolady lodowej przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i ukladzie warstw masy lodowej. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of ice cream, which is reflected in its shape and the arrangement of layers of ice cream.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym rolada lodowa przedstawiona jest w rzucie aksometrycznym z widokiem powierzchni zewnetrznej i przekroju poprzecznego. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which the ice roulade is presented in an axometric projection with a view of the external surface and a cross-section.
Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest zarys przekroju srodkowej warstwy masy lodowe, która jes t odzwierciedleniem ksztaltu serca posadowionego czubkiem na dolnej warstwie, stanowiacej jego podstawe i od góry przykrytego górna warstwa przypominajaca w przekroju mala korone.
