W odmianach pierwszej przedstawionej na fig.1, fig.2, drugiej przedstawionej na fig. 3, fig.4 oraz trzeciej przedstawionej na fig.5, fig.6 na okolo jednej trzeciej wysokosci powierzchni szyldu usytuowany jest przelotowy otwór o ksztalcie powstalym przez polaczenie prostokata i pólkola, przy czym krótszy bok prostokata ma postac wkleslego luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny. W pierwszej odmianie przedstawionej na fig.1 i fig. 2 i czwartej odmianie przedstawionej na fig. 7 i fig.8 w powierzchni czolowej szyldu powyzej umownie dolnego otworu znajduje sie okragly przelotowy otwór pod klamke. W drugiej odmianie przedstawionej na fig. 3 i fig. 4 i odmianie piatej przedstawionej fig. 9 i fig. 10 w powierzchni czolowej szyldu powyzej umownie dolnego otworu znajduje sie okragly przelotowy nagwintowany otwór pod trzpien galki. We wszystkich szesciu odmianach wzoru - szyld ozdobny ma w swej czolowej powierzchni postac plytki, której ksztalt tym rózni sie od ksztaltu prostokata, ze krótsze boki tej figury sa zaokraglone o duzym promieniu krzywizny. Powierzchnia dolna szyldu jest plaska a powierzchnia czolowa wypukla. Szyld ozdobny od czola na calej powierzchni posiada nierównomierne ozdobne rysy. 2. W odmianach pierwszej, drugiej oraz trzeciej wzoru - na jednej trzeciej wysokosci powierzchni szyldu usytuowany jest przelotowy otwór o ksztalcie powstalym przez polaczenie prostokatai pólkola, przy czym Krótszy bok prostokata ma postac wkleslego luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny. 3. W odmianach pierwszej i czwartej wzoru -w powierzchni czolowej szyldu powyzej umownie dolnego otworu znajduje sie okragly przelotowy otwór pod klamke. 4. W odmianie drugiej i piatej wzoru - w powierzchni czolowej szyldu powyzej umownie dolnego otworu znajduje sie okragly przelotowy nagwintowany otwór pod trzpien galki. 5. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the decorative door handle plate, manifesting itself in its form, shape, and surface properties. The design is illustrated in the attached collective illustration, which presents photographs of the decorative door handle plate in a perspective view in six variations. In six variations of the design, the decorative plate is a plate whose shape differs from a rectangle in that the shorter sides of this figure are rounded with a large radius of curvature. The surface of the plate is flat, and the front surface is convex. The decorative plate has uneven decorative features across its entire surface from the front. In the first variation, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the second, shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, and the third, shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, a through hole is located approximately one-third of the height of the plate surface, shaped by combining a rectangle and a semicircle, with the shorter side of the rectangle taking the form of a concave arc with a large radius of curvature. In the first variant shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and the fourth variant shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, there is a round through hole for the handle in the front surface of the escutcheon above the conventionally lower hole. In the second variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, and the fifth variant shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, there is a round through hole for the knob pin in the front surface of the escutcheon above the conventionally lower hole. In the third variant shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, and the sixth variant shown in Figs. 11-12, there are two round through holes for the pull in the front surface of the escutcheon above the conventionally lower hole. In the fourth variant shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, the fifth variant shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, and the sixth variant shown in Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, an oval cover for the cylinder lock assembly is mounted approximately one-third of the way up, its longer axis parallel to the longer axis of the escutcheon. The cover has a rotatable insert with a pass-through key hole. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In all six variants of the design, the decorative escutcheon has a plate-like shape on its front surface, which differs from a rectangle in that the shorter sides of this shape are rounded with a large radius of curvature. The lower surface of the escutcheon is flat, and the front surface is convex. The decorative escutcheon has uneven decorative features across its entire front surface. 2. In the first, second, and third variations of the design, a through hole in the shape of a rectangle and a semicircle is located one-third of the way up the escutcheon, with the shorter side of the rectangle in the form of a concave arc with a large radius of curvature. 3. In the first and fourth variations of the design, a round through hole for the handle is located in the frontal surface of the escutcheon above the conventionally lower hole. 4. In the second and fifth variations of the design, a round through hole for the knob is located in the frontal surface of the escutcheon above the conventionally lower hole. 5. In the third and sixth variations of the industrial design, two round through holes for the pull are located in the frontal surface of the escutcheon above the conventionally lower hole. 6.
