Odstepy miedzyotworami wynosily 26mm. Rury mocowano 10 15 20 35 30 na odcinku siegajacym 40 mm w glab otworu. Do wstep¬ nego mocowania rur, którego celem bylo zlikwidowanie luzów pomiedzy otworami i rurami zastosowano ladunki wypelnione heksogenem flegmatyzowanym z dodatkiem 3% aerosilu, o gestosci 0,6 g/cm3 i predkosci detonacji 3300 m/s.Do wlasciwego roztlocznego mocowania rur zastosowano ladunki wypelnione heksogenem flegmatyzowanym z do¬ datkiem 3% mikrabalonów o gestosci 0,8 g/cm3 i o predkosci detonacji 3800 m/s. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Expandable mounting of pipes in tube sheets of the above-mentioned devices with the use of explosive charges is known. The fastening is carried out in one operation, by introducing explosive charges into the ends of the pipes situated in the tube sheet and detonating them. As a rule, cylindrical charges with a constant diameter of MW are used, placed in a sleeve made of inertial mass of the same thickness. Under the influence of detonation, the diameter of the sleeve increases, expanding the pipe into which it is inserted. The above method does not guarantee, however, the tightness of the connections thus obtained. Due to the faulty connection of the pipes with the tube sheet, leaks often occur, and therefore additional sealing of the pipes is necessary. A further disadvantage of this method is that it is only suitable for fastening pipes of small diameters not exceeding 16 mm. An analysis of the causes of leakage causing leaks has shown that they are due to the occurrence of initial play and misalignment between the bottom. and pipes. It has been found that the disadvantages of the above can be avoided if the expansion fastening of the pipes is carried out in two stages, namely in the first stage, hereinafter referred to as "calibration", by preliminary fixing of the pipes in the bottom, and in the second stage by the property 15 20 25 30 • In the method according to the invention, in the first operation, i.e. calibration, the existing play between the bottom and the pipes is eliminated. These operations are carried out using the explosive method or by preliminary rolling of the ruts with the use of, for example, electrically driven expellers. or by pneumatic method, or by manual method. In the second stage, the pipes are properly expanded using the explosive method. in the case of using the explosive method in both stages of the process, it is important to select the charge and / or the explosive in such a way that during the calibration only the outer circumference of the pipes is matched to the circumference of the holes in the tube sheet. Subsequent operations of proper pipe fastening are carried out under more severe conditions, i.e. with the use of an explosive charge with a stronger effect than that used in the calibration operation. It is technically advantageous to use the same charges in both operations, but filled with an explosive of different properties. with the fact that for the calibration operation, explosive with detonation velocity D = 2700-3700 m / s and density p = 0.50-0.70 g / cm3 is suitable, and for the operation of proper tube mounting, explosive with detonation speed D = 3100 - - 4100 m / s and density p = 0.74-0.90 g / cm3. The MW parameters suitable for the calibration operation are shown, for example, by phlegmatized hexogen with the addition of 2-6% by weight of aerosil, and for the proper fixing operation, for example, phlegmatized hexogen with the addition of 3-8% of microballoons. X 107 361 107 361 In the case of pipe calibration by preliminary rolling with traditional methods, e.g. with the use of expanders, the second stage of the process, i.e. the proper fixing of the pipes, is carried out with the use of explosives with the same parameters as above, i.e. with the detonation rate D = 3100-4100 m / s and density p = 0, 75-0.90 g / cm3. In the method according to the invention, the size of the charge is selected experimentally depending on the diameter of the pipe, the thickness of its walls, the thickness of the tube sheet bridge as well as depending on the type of material from which these elements are made. from the front, and most preferably so that not all pipes are calibrated or disassembled at the same time. Explosive charges are placed by v ¦ ¦. - _. . .., sijj, so ^ most preferably in every second row of pipes, then fires. Next, charges are placed and fired in adjacent, previously undefined rows. The method according to the invention has a number of advantages over the previously used. The two-stage stepping eliminates or seriously reduces the backlash between the pipes and the tube sheet and does not cause deformation of the joined elements. This method also allows for the fastening of pipes with diameters of relatively large, bp up to 30 mm, even in those cases where the clearances between the pipes and the holes in the tube sheet are larger than the current technical conditions allow. ), with an outer diameter of 20 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, was fixed by means of three steel tube sheets, each of which was 100 mm thick and contained 6,300 holes. The gap between the openings was 26 mm. The pipes were mounted for a length of 40 mm into the hole. For the initial fastening of the pipes, the purpose of which was to eliminate the play between the holes and the pipes, charges were filled with phlegmatized hexogen with the addition of 3% aerosil, with a density of 0.6 g / cm3 and a detonation speed of 3300 m / s. filled with phlegmatized hexogen with the addition of 3% microballoons with a density of 0.8 g / cm3 and a detonation velocity of 3800 m / s. Charges were placed in both operations in every second row, and firing was carried out from the forehead. After firing the loaded rows, charges were introduced to adjacent rows and then fired. Out of the total number of 25,200 holes, dew (leakage) occurred in 5 holes. The pipes in these openings were also sealed using the explosive method with the use of charges used for the proper fixing of the pipes. Patent claims 1.
