KOLEKCJA DEKORACYJNYCH ELEMENTÓW SZKLANYCH Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kolekcja dekoracyjnych elementów szklanych, montowanych na przyklad w meblach, drzwiach, oknach, balustradach, sciankach dzialowych lub stanowiacych obrazki do zawieszenia na scianie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego i jego indywidualny charakter przejawiaja sie w strukturzei materiale wytworu, ornamencie, ukladzie linii oraz kompozycji i kolorystyce dekoracyjnych elementów szklanych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, w postaci zbiorczego zestawienia i w postaci 4 odmian na oddzielnych fotografiach. Odmiana .motyl* jest pokazana na fotografii fig.1, odmiane „polana" uwidacznia fotografia fig.2, fotografia fig. 3 - odmiane .lato', fotografia fig.4 pokazuje odmiane „flos". Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest punktowe zespolenie dwóch szyb lub szyby z lustrem za pomoca kleju zywicznego, co pozwala uzyskac trójwymiarowy efekt imitaq'i kropel rosy o róznej wielkosci. Miedzy szybami ulozone sa i sklejone kompozycje z suszonych i naturalnych kwiatów, traw, zbóz, iglaków, paproci, muszelek, alg morskich, piasku. Dodatkowa ozdoba sa równiez sztuczne motyle, inne owady, koloryzowany klej. . W celu zamkniecia przed kurzem i para wodna calosc zamknieta jest obwodowa uszczelka. Szyba ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, w polaczeniu z tradycyjna szyba zespolona, tworzy wyrób nadajacy sie do wykorzystania w stolarce zewnetrznej: w oknach, drzwiach, frontach mebli, witrynach a takze w lampach, zródlach swiatla, ogrodach zimowych e t cet.W odmianie wzoru przemyslowego ,,motyl" przedstawionej na zalaczonej fotografii fig.1.,widoczne sa wieksze i drobniejsze imitacje kropel rosy rozmieszczone dookola traw rodzaju gramineae, kolorowanych na czerwono zbóz, kamyków i sztucznego motyla o dominujacej barwie zólto-czamej. Szklany element dekoracyjny, o barwie jasnozielonej, ma ksztalt prostokata. Odmiana „polana" pokazana na zalaczonej fotografii numer 2, ma imitacje duzych i drobniejszych kropel rosy i wiazanke zlozona z kolorowych traw, wrzosu, glicerii, zbóz z ziarenkami piasku w kroplach wody. The subject of the industrial design is a collection of decorative glass elements, for example, installed in furniture, doors, windows, balustrades, partitions, or constituting pictures to be hung on walls. The essence of the industrial design and its individual character are manifested in the structure and material of the product, the ornamentation, the arrangement of lines, and the composition and colors of the decorative glass elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, as a collective list and in the form of four varieties in separate photographs. The "motyl" variety is shown in Fig. 1, the "glada" variety is shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 3 - the "lato" variety, and Fig. 4 shows the "flos" variety. The essential features of this industrial design include the point-by-point bonding of two panes of glass, or a pane of glass with a mirror, using resin glue, which creates a three-dimensional effect imitating dewdrops of varying sizes. Arrangements of dried and natural flowers, grasses, cereals, conifers, ferns, shells, seaweed, and sand are placed and glued between the panes. Artificial butterflies, other insects, and colored glue also serve as additional decorations. To seal against dust and water vapor, the entire unit is sealed with a perimeter seal. Decorative glass according to the industrial design, combined with traditional insulating glass, creates a product suitable for use in external joinery: in windows, doors, furniture fronts, display cases, as well as in lamps, light sources, winter gardens, etc. In the "butterfly" industrial design variant shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, there are visible larger and smaller imitations of dew drops placed around the gramineae grasses, red-colored cereals, pebbles and an artificial butterfly with a dominant yellow-black color. The light green glass decorative element has a rectangular shape. The "glade" variant shown in the attached photograph, number 2, has imitations of large and smaller dew drops and a bouquet composed of colorful grasses. heather, glycerin, cereals with grains of sand in water drops. In the "summer" variety shown in the attached photograph Fig. 3, the rectangular glass contains colorful cereals, glycerin, grasses of the gramineae genus, seaweed and drops imitating rose. According to the "flos" variety shown in the attached photograph No. 4, the dominant decoration between the two rectangular glass panes is a medium-sized dandelion, navy blue gramineae grasses, combined with cereals, fern, seaweed and drops imitating rose.
