Zakiet Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 005.04.2000. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zakiet. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w kroju, zestawieniu czesci i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono zakiet w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 2 - zakiet w widoku z tylu. Zakiet, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma przód zapinany na cztery guziki z klasycznym kolnierzem z klapkami, tyl i dlugie rekawy. Przód zakietu ma zaokraglone na dole brzegi i po dwa symetryczne cieciadopasowujace w kazdej polowie zakietu, przy czym jedno ciecie przebiega przez biust, a drugie znajduje sie blizej szwu bocznego. Linia obu ciec przebiega od podkroju pachy do krawedzi dolu zakietu. Tyl zakietu ma trzy ciecia dopasowujace, jedno ciecie srodkowe i dwa boczne przechodzace od podkroju rekawa do krawedzi dolu. Na wewnetrznej stronie tylu, ponizej kolnierza, naszyta jest metka producenta z nazwa firmy „MAK collection" napisana stylizowana czcionka. Zakiet ma dlugie, dwuczesciowe rekawy o cieciu przebiegajacym z tylu rekawa. Zakiet przedstawiony na fotografiach wykonana jest z jednobarwnego materialu w szarym kolorze. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the cut, arrangement of parts, and color. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Figure 1 shows the jacket from the front, and Figure 2 shows the jacket from the back. According to the design, the jacket features a four-button front with a classic lapel collar, a back, and long sleeves. The front of the jacket has rounded hems and two symmetrical matching cuts on each half of the jacket, with one cut running across the bust and the other closer to the side seam. The line of both cuts runs from the armhole to the hemline of the jacket. The back of the jacket has three matching cuts, one center cut, and two side cuts extending from the armhole to the hemline. On the inside of the back, below the collar, a manufacturer's label is sewn on with the company name "MAK collection" written in a stylized font. The jacket has long, two-piece sleeves with a cut running along the back of the sleeve. The jacket shown in the photos is made of a plain gray material. PL PL PL
