Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wielopoziomowy, stanowiacy nosnik wsadu, przeznaczony do ukladania na nim detali, zwlaszcza walków rozrzadu, które poddawane sa obróbce cieplnej. Znane sa palety piecowe, o ksztalcie prostokata, skladajace sie z jednego lub kilku azurowych segmentów utworzonych z zeber obwodowych oraz wewnetrznych, tworzacych azur palety. Znane sa równiez zestawy wielopoziomowe do obróbki cieplnej skladajace sie z postawy w postaci prostokatnej palety, slupów teowych, belek i opartych na nich poprzeczek oraz dodatkowych laczników stezajacych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie slupów oraz ukladzie linii tworzacych azur podstawy oraz w ksztalcie laczników stezajacych. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia fotografie zestawu, zas fig.2 przedstawia rzut podstawy zestawu. Rectangular furnace pallets are known, consisting of one or more openwork segments made of circumferential and internal ribs, forming the pallet's aperture. Multi-level sets for heat treatment are also known, consisting of a rectangular pallet base, T-shaped columns, beams, and crossbars supported on them, as well as additional bracing connectors. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the columns and the arrangement of lines forming the base's aperture, as well as in the shape of the bracing connectors. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a photograph of the set, while Fig. 2 shows a view of the set's base. A multi-level set, especially for heat treatment of details, consisting of a base of a shape close to a rectangle, columns and beams and crossbars supported on them, as well as additional bracing connectors, is characterized in that the columns are made of a closed profile with ventilation windows, the base has the form of an openwork segment with openings for columns, made of ribs constituting a system of repeating polygons of various shapes and rounded corners, arranged symmetrically in relation to the vertical and horizontal axis of symmetry of the base, and the bracing connectors have a shape close to the letter "X" as shown in fig. 1 and 2. Essential features of the design: A multi-level set, especially for heat treatment of details, consisting of a base of a shape close to a rectangle, columns and beams and crossbars supported on them, as well as additional bracing connectors, characterized by the fact that the columns are made of a closed profile with ventilation windows, the base has the form of an openwork segment with openings in the columns, made of ribs constituting a system of repeating polygons of various shapes and rounded corners, arranged symmetrically in relation to the vertical and horizontal axis of symmetry of the base, and the bracing connectors have a shape similar to the letter "X" as shown in Fig. 1 and 2.
