Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii i zastosowanym zdobnictwie. Wzór uwidoczniony zostal na zdjeciu na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widly od czola natomiast fig. 2 od tylu. Widly skladaja sie z czesci chwytowej oraz czesci roboczej, które polaczone sa ze soba nierozlacznie. Czesc chwytowa ma ksztalt stozka scietego, której dolna krawedz jest skosna i przez plaski lacznik polaczona jest z czescia robocza, która tworza cztery lukowo wygiete i zaostrzone prety z charakterystycznym owalnym splaszczeniem na kazdym precie w poblizu ostrza jak pokazano na zdjeciu fig. 1 i 2. Widly posiadaja kolorystyke w odcieniach niebieskich. PL PL PLForks The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from March 16, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is the "American" type forks. The essence of the ornamental design is reflected in the shape and arrangement of lines and the ornamentation used. The design is shown in the photo, where Fig. 1 shows the fork from the front and Fig. 2 from the back. The forks consist of a gripping part and a working part, which are inseparably connected. The gripping part has the shape of a truncated cone, the lower edge of which is oblique and is connected by a flat connector to the working part, which is formed by four arc-shaped and sharpened rods with a characteristic oval flattening on each rod near the blade, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2.
