The bottle with a label in the first variation of the industrial design is a cuboid cylinder with smooth walls, gently transitioning into an elongated neck, which from the base to halfway up forms a cuboid cylinder, gradually narrowing above halfway up. An oval label is placed on the bottle wall, with a triple border in gold, brown, and white, and a cream-colored background, gradually lightening towards the center. In the central part of the label is the inscription "Carmóll" in brown, below which is an additional inscription "Piesci zmysły" in gold, with its ends curved upwards. At the top of the label, above the inscription "Carmóll," there is a graphic element in the form of a tulip bud, associated with an elongated, curved graphic element in the shape of a leaf, encompassing the inscription "Carmóll" on the left side. On the neck of the bottle is a trapezoidal tie, covering less than half of the neck's circumference and half of its height. The tie has a triple border in gold, brown, and white, and a cream-colored background, gradually lightening towards the center.
