Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wypelnienie ramy siedziskowo-oparciowej oslonowym workiem tworzace warstwe podtrzymujaca pod kolejne warstwy ukladów tapicerskich. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest budowa wypelnienia ramy siedziskowo-oparciowej, pozwalajaca na uzyskanie korzystnych warunków eksploatacyjnych, zwiazanych z wygodnym ergonomicznym siedzeniem, spelniajac równoczesnie kryteria bezpiecznej eksploatacji pod wzgledem wytrzymalosciowym, a takze uzyskaniem walorów estetycznych. Wazna zaleta jes t uzyskanie po obróbce termicznej napiecia powierzchniowego wypelnienia, co zapewnia równomierny rozklad obciazen wytrzymalosciowych, powstajacych od ciezaru osób uzytkujacych rame siedziskowo-oparciowa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym na fig. 1 - widok czolowy wypelnienia ramy siedziskowo-oparciowej przed obróbka termiczna, fig. 1 i fig. 2. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is the filling of the seat and backrest frame with a protective bag, creating a supporting layer for subsequent layers of upholstery. The essence of the industrial design is the construction of the seat and backrest frame filling, which allows for favorable operating conditions related to comfortable, ergonomic seating, while simultaneously meeting safe operating criteria in terms of strength and aesthetic value. A significant advantage is the surface tension of the filling obtained after heat treatment, which ensures even distribution of the strength loads resulting from the weight of people using the seat and backrest frame. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which shows Fig. 1 - a front view of the seat and backrest frame filling before heat treatment, and Fig. 2 - a front view of the seat and backrest frame filling after heat treatment. Filling the seat and backrest frame with a protective bag made of polypropylene fabric has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that the thermally treated polypropylene fabric protective bag covers the entire surface of the backrest frame and seat frame on its inner surface, between which, at the contact edge, there is a transverse, stiffening rod, constituting a uniform structure with them, wherein the seat frame comprises a weave formed of polypropylene pallet weaves, permanently connected longitudinal strips and transverse strips. The protective bag is closed at the top edge of the backrest frame, creating a uniform surface. At the bottom, the ends of the protective bag are folded over the front edge of the seat frame, to the underside, and stitched on both sides, with the folded portion stitched between the weaves of the longitudinal straps. An identical transverse stitch is made in the seat frame at the edge of the transverse stiffening rod. In the middle section of the seat frame, the protective bag is stitched with at least one longitudinal stitch running between the weaves of the transverse straps, thus eliminating the possibility of axial shifting of the longitudinal and transverse straps forming the weave, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
