Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element reklamowy, wykonany z dowolnego materialu, w tym korzystnie z materialu tekstylnego w postaci flagi, a element reklamowy moze byc w postaci wielkogabarytowej lub malogabarytowej. The object of the industrial design is an advertising element made of any material, preferably textile material in the form of a flag, and the advertising element may be large-size or small-size.

Element reklamowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do stosowania w formie reklamy, dzieki umieszczaniu na nim napisów i elementów graficznych oraz wykorzystywany moze byc wewnatrz pomieszczen w formie wielko- i malo gabarytowej oraz na zewnatrz, korzystnie w postaci flag umieszczanych na masztach. The advertising element, according to the industrial design, is intended for use in the form of advertising, thanks to the placement of inscriptions and graphic elements on it, it can be used inside rooms in the form of large and small size and outside, preferably in the form of flags placed on poles.

Element reklamowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono w materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie: fig. 1 - przedstawia element w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku z lekko wyoblonym jednym krótkim bokiem i nieznacznie ukosnym drugim krótkim bokiem; fig. 2 - przedstawia element w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku z lekko wyoblonym jednym krótkim bokiem i nieznacznie ukosnym drugim krótkim bokiem, zawierajacy przeszycia; fig. 3 - przedstawia element w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku ze znacznie wyoblonym jednym krótkim bokiem; fig. 4 - przedstawia element w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku ze znacznie wyoblonym jednym krótkim bokiem, zawierajacy przeszycia.Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1 - element reklamowy w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku, którego dwa dluzsze boki o róznej dlugosci sa wzajemnie równolegle, natomiast jeden z dwóch krótkich boków jest lekko wyoblony, a drugi jest nieznacznie ukosny; 2 - element reklamowy w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku, którego dwa dluzsze boki o róznej dlugosci sa wzajemnie równolegle, natomiast jeden z dwóch krótkich boków jest lekko wyoblony, a drugi jest nieznacznie ukosny, przy czym wzdluz krótszego z dluzszych boków oraz krótkiego wyoblonego boku znajduje sie przeszycie; 3 - element reklamowy w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku, którego dwa dluzsze boki o róznej dlugosci sa wzajemnie równolegle, przy czym krótszy z tych boków przechodzi w znacznie wyoblony jeden z dwóch krótkich boków; 4 - element reklamowy w ksztalcie nieregularnego czworoboku, którego dwa dluzsze boki o róznej dlugosci sa wzajemnie równolegle, przy czym krótszy z tych boków przechodzi w znacznie wyoblony jeden z dwóch krótkich boków, natomiast wzdluz krótszego z dluzszych boków oraz krótkiego wyoblonego boku znajduje sie przeszycie. List of industrial pattern varieties: 1 - an advertising element in the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, two longer sides of different lengths are mutually parallel, while one of the two short the sides are slightly curved and the other slightly oblique; 2 - an advertising element in the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, two longer sides of different lengths are mutually parallel, while one of the two short sides is slightly curved and the other is slightly oblique, with the stitching along the shorter of the longer sides and the short curved side ; 3 - an advertising element in the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, the two longer sides of different lengths are mutually parallel, and the shorter of these sides turns into a significantly curved one of the two short sides; 4 - an advertising element in the shape of an irregular quadrilateral, the two longer sides of different lengths are mutually parallel, the shorter of these sides turns into a much curved one of the two short sides, while the stitching is located along the shorter of the longer sides and the short curved side.
