Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet bizuterii. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kompletu bizuterii przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, w widoku ogólnym. Fig.l przedstawia wisiorek, fig.2 pierscionek a fig.3 klips. Komplet bizuterii skladajacy sie z wisiorka , pierscionka i klipsa , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, wisiorek fig.l, jest w ksztalcie paska którego dwa dlugie boki sa równoleglymi lukami. Na awersie wisiorka znajduje sie ozdoba w ksztalcie przypominajaca litere H o przeciwleglych, zewnetrznych liniach wydluzonych i równoleglych do lukowatych boków wisiorka. Ozdoba w ksztalcie litery H podobna do znajdujacej sie na wisiorku lecz o prostych liniach umieszczona jest na pierscionku fig.2 i klipsie fig3. PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a jewelry set. The essence of the design is a new form of the jewelry set, manifested in its shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in a general view. Fig. 1 shows a pendant, Fig. 2 a ring, and Fig. 3 a clip. The jewelry set, consisting of a pendant, ring, and clip, has the following essential features of an industrial design: the pendant Fig. 1 is in the shape of a strip whose two long sides are parallel arcs. The obverse of the pendant features an ornament resembling the letter H, with opposing, outer lines elongated and parallel to the arced sides of the pendant.
