Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kompletu bizuterii przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a set of jewelery which is reflected in its shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, w widoku ogólnym. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in a general view.

Fig.l przedstawia wisiorek, fig.2 pierscionek a fig.3 klips. Fig. 1 shows a pendant, fig. 2 a ring and fig. 3 a clip.

Komplet bizuterii skladajacy sie z wisiorka , pierscionka i klipsa , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, wisiorek fig.l, jest w ksztalcie paska którego dwa dlugie boki sa równoleglymi lukami. Na awersie wisiorka znajduje sie ozdoba w ksztalcie przypominajaca litere H o przeciwleglych, zewnetrznych liniach wydluzonych i równoleglych do lukowatych boków wisiorka. The jewelry set consisting of a pendant, a ring and a clip, has the following essential features of an industrial design, the fig. 1 pendant is in the shape of a strip with the two long sides being parallel gaps. On the obverse of the pendant there is an ornament in the shape resembling the letter H with opposite, external lines elongated and parallel to the arched sides of the pendant.

Ozdoba w ksztalcie litery H podobna do znajdujacej sie na wisiorku lecz o prostych liniach umieszczona jest na pierscionku fig.2 i klipsie fig3.A decoration in the shape of the letter H, similar to that on the pendant, but with straight lines, is placed on the ring fig.2 and the clip fig3.
