Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej ilustracji, która na fig. 1, przedstawia bluze w widoku z boku, natomiast na fig.2, druga bluze w widoku z przodu, zas na fig.3 bluze w widoku z tylu. Bluza z kapturem pokazana na fig. 1, fig.2 i fig.3 ilustracji, wykonana z polaru ma czesc przednia i tylna wykonana z materialu o jednakowej barwie oraz wszyte rekawy w czesci barkowej z wzdluznym pasem o odmiennym kolorze, który równiez jest umieszczony wzdluz zszycia pleców z bokami i boków z przodem, przy czym zakonczenia rekawów sa wyposazone w sciagacz w tym samym kolorze co bluza z obwodowo usytuowanymi paskami o odmiennym kolorze, jak równiez w dolnej czesci bluza zakonczona jest sciagaczem w tym samym kolorze z obwodowo usytuowanymi paskami o odmiennym kolorze . The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows the sweatshirt from a side view in Fig. 1, the second sweatshirt from a front view in Fig. 2, and the sweatshirt from a back view in Fig. 3. The hooded sweatshirt shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 of the illustrations, made of fleece, has a front and back section made of a material of the same color and sewn-in sleeves in the shoulder section with a longitudinal stripe of a different color, which is also placed along the seams of the back to the sides and the sides to the front, the sleeve endings being equipped with a cuff in the same color as the sweatshirt with circumferential stripes of a different color, as well as in the lower part of the sweatshirt being finished with a cuff in the same color with circumferential stripes of a different color. In the neck section, the sweatshirt has a sewn-in hood with a lining in which there is a tab for a hood drawstring, in the same color as the sweatshirt with a longitudinal stripe in the front part of the hood of a different color. The front of the sweatshirt, as shown in Fig. 2, features a sewn-in zipper along its length, and pockets sewn on both sides of the chest. The front left side, as shown in Fig. 2, and the upper left sleeve, as shown in Fig. 1, feature overlapping stylized NY embroidered on the front, while the shoulder section, back of the sweatshirt, and the hood feature a stylized arc-shaped NEW YORK inscription. All inscriptions and letters are black with a red border. An essential feature of the industrial design is: A sweatshirt with a front and back section made of a material of the same color and sewn-in sleeves in the shoulder section with a longitudinal stripe of a different color, which is also placed along the seams of the back to the sides and the sides to the front, the sleeve ends being equipped with a cuff in the same color as the sweatshirt with circumferential stripes of a different color, and the lower part of the sweatshirt is finished with a cuff in the same color with circumferential stripes of a different color. On the front part on the left side, as shown in Fig. 2 of the illustration, and on the upper part of the left sleeve, as shown in Fig. 1 of the illustration, the sweatshirt has overlapping stylized letters "NY" embroidered, while on the shoulder part of the back part of the sweatshirt and on the hood, there is a stylized arc-shaped inscription "NEW YORK."
