Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria do umywalki, stosowana szczególnie jako oryginalne wyposazenie róznego rodzaju umywalek, zwlaszcza lazienkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonej kolorowej ilustracji, w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, przy czym ksztalt wzoru w odniesieniu do znanych baterii umywalkowych, przejawia sie w tym, ze ma charakterystyczna wylewke w ksztalcie glebokiego szklanego talerza, w dnie którego umieszczony jest walcowy zawór, sterowany oryginalna dzwignia w ksztalcie dlugiego, odwróconego stozka o malej zbieznosci. Calosc umieszczona jest na nachylonym pod katem do plaszczyzny umywalki, walcowym wsporniku. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustration, in a perspective view. The essential features of the industrial design are its shape, with the design's shape being similar to that of well-known washbasin taps, manifesting itself in its characteristic spout in the shape of a deep glass plate, at the bottom of which is a cylindrical valve, controlled by a unique lever in the shape of a long, inverted cone with a slight taper. The entire unit is mounted on a cylindrical support inclined at an angle to the washbasin surface.
