Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet sztucców. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie oryginalnym ksztaltem i ukladem linii. The cutlery set, as defined by the industrial design, includes a knife (1), a fork (2), a spoon (3), a teaspoon (4), a coffee spoon (5), and a cake fork (fi). The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested by its original shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, of which: Fig. 1 is a collective drawing showing all the elements of the cutlery set in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the knife (1) of the cutlery set in a side view and in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the fork (2) of the cutlery set in a side view and in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the spoon ($) of the cutlery set in a side view and in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the tea spoon &) of the cutlery set in a side view and in a top view, Fig. 6 shows the coffee spoon (£) of the cutlery set in a side view and in a top view, Fig. 7 shows the cake fork (fi) of the cutlery set in a side view and in a top view, and Fig. 8 shows photographs of four elements (1), (2), (3), (4) of the set. Tableware in the form of a table setting, viewed from above. A characteristic feature common to all elements of the industrial-design cutlery set is the shape of the handle. The knife (1) from the industrial-design set has a handle in the form of a trapezoidal flat bar section with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc segments facing one way, converging at the ends to form a sickle-shaped blade that tapers from each end to the tip, separated from the handle by a distinct recess and equipped with a series of small teeth on one end of the convex side. The fork (2) from the industrial design set has a handle in the form of a trapezoidal flat bar section with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, transitioning smoothly into a rounded, arched extension in the shape of a truncated oval, which is equipped on the outside with parallel notches forming teeth, wherein in the transition zone to the extension the handle is bent away from its main plane. The spoon (3) from the industrial design set has an oval, rounded scoop transitioning smoothly into a handle in the form of a trapezoidal flat bar section with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, and which is bent away from its main plane in the transition zone to the scoop. The tea spoon (4) from the industrial design set has an oval, rounded scoop that smoothly transitions into a handle in the form of a trapezoidal flat bar section with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, and which is bent away from its main plane in the area of transition into the scoop. The coffee spoon (5) from the industrial design set has an oval, rounded scoop that smoothly transitions into a handle in the form of a trapezoidal flat bar section with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, and which is bent away from its main plane in the area of transition into the scoop. The cake fork (fi) from the industrial-style set features a handle in the form of a trapezoidal flat bar with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc segments facing in one direction, transitioning smoothly into a rounded, arched extension in the shape of a truncated, elongated oval. The fork's outer surface is equipped with parallel notches forming prongs. The handle is bent away from its main plane at the transition to the extension. The cutlery set is made of sheet metal using punching, stamping, and surface treatment. The cutlery set is designed for table setting and, thanks to its innovative, original shape, creates an unexpected aesthetic effect. An important feature of the cutlery set is that: • the knife (1) from the set, according to the industrial design, has a handle in the form of a trapezoidal flat bar with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections turned in one direction, which converge at the ends, creating a sickle-shaped blade narrowing from each side towards the end, separated from the handle by a distinct recess and equipped on one side in the end part of the convex side with a series of small teeth; • the fork (2) from the industrial design set has a handle in the form of a flat bar section in the form of a trapezoid with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, which smoothly transitions into a rounded, arched extension in the shape of a truncated oval, which is provided on the outside with parallel notches forming teeth, and in the area of transition to the extension the handle is bent away from its main plane; • the spoon (3) from the industrial design set has an oval, rounded scoop which smoothly transitions into a handle in the form of a flat bar section in the form of a trapezoid with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, and which in the area of transition to the scoop is bent away from its main plane; • the tea spoon (i) from the industrial design set has an oval, rounded scoop that smoothly transitions into a handle in the form of a flat section in the form of a trapezoid with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, and which is bent away from its main plane in the transition zone into the scoop; • the coffee spoon (5) from the industrial design set has an oval, rounded scoop that smoothly transitions into a handle in the form of a flat section in the form of a trapezoid with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections facing one way, and which is bent away from its main plane in the transition zone into the scoop; • the cake fork (fi) from the set according to the industrial design has a handle in the form of a flat section in the form of a trapezoid with a rounded outer side, the bases of which are arc sections turned in one direction, smoothly changing into a rounded, arched extension in the shape of a truncated, elongated oval, which is equipped on the outside with parallel recesses forming teeth, while in the area of transition to the extension the handle is bent away from its main plane.
