Description
Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrobaczka sluzaca do usuwania powlok malarskich i tapet.Skrobaczka wedlug wzoru jest narzedziem nowym,oryginalnym o estetycznym wygladzie,posiada rekojesc z gnia zdem do mocowania teleskopowego trzonka. Skrobaczka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na rysunku na którym fig.1 przedstawia skrobaczke w przekroju wzdluznym a fig. 2 w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1.Ksztalt skrobaczki Skrobaczka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z ostrza wykonanego ze stali w ksztalcie trapeza z wydluzona podstawa,przy czym ostrze zatopione jest w rekojesci wykonanej z tworzywa sztucznego w ksztal cie zblizonym do litery T, a rekojesc ma gniazdo stozkowe do mocowa nia teleskopowego trzonka. 2. Powierzchnia' skrobaczki jest gladka,ostrze ma kolor metaliczny. PLThe industrial design is for a scraper used for removing paint and wallpaper. The scraper is a new, original tool with an aesthetic appearance and a handle with a socket for attaching a telescopic handle. The scraper according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the scraper in a longitudinal cross-section and Fig. 2 shows a top view. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. Shape of the scraper: The scraper according to the industrial design consists of a steel blade in a trapezoidal shape with an elongated base, the blade embedded in a plastic handle in a shape similar to the letter T, and the handle has a conical socket for attaching a telescopic handle. 2. The surface of the scraper is smooth, and the blade is metallic in color.
